My first TRACK NATIONAL TITLE- 5K/10K Double
I traveled to Peru to race at the track & field national championships!!!
It was my first time racing in Peru and in front of my whole family. Plus, Adam's first time in Peru! Words can't describe how grateful I am to be able to compete at this meet. I hope to be back for many more races in the future!

I'm about to go run. I'm getting my shirts pressed and ironed. Shoes shined. It's how I prepare for a workout or race. Also, I'm from Utah. This is how girls are here. Woof

Over training? You seem to do a lot!
On iron deficiency anemia: taking not too high of a dose every other day combined with vitamin c is actually more effective and causes less stomach aches. Also cut out dairy because of it's high calcium a few hours before and after the iron. For me, a 50mg every other night is perfect.

How insecure are you that you feel the need to bully a complete stranger about decisions that have no negative impact of you or anyone else? Quite frankly, it's none of your business what she does, but have you ever considered that maybe she likes feeling pretty when she goes out? It doesn't necessarily mean insecurity.

That's why I don't put out videos of myself getting changed before I go run and show the world my outfit or my look and it's funny how I make a judgment its not ok but when you make a judgment it's totally okay.
