Hi, There's a few comments asking for the shipment schedule (and probably quite a lot more interested in this), understandably. Maybe it's better to cover those in a separate comment, rather than to answer to every individual comment. Hopefully this way this will reach more people. And sorry for not responding here earlier - we're super busy getting the pedals out of the door. We will update the text on the product soon, but here's the best estimates we currently can give. And estimates are always really difficult, but we assure you that we've doing all we can to speed things up here all the time. We have some great time savings coming up on our process, so hopefully these would enable us to get even ahead of this schedule. We can't really promise this (also negative things can always happen, fingers crossed), but we are hopeful things will get a lot easier for us here, and thus enable you all to get the pedals faster - still, apologies for the long wait and thank you for the patience, it is appreciated a lot. Having used these for about 6 weeks now, I'm very impressed with the set. Haven't even explored the multiple different adjustment options but I got used to them fairly quickly. The brake pedal makes the biggest difference for me. I had mounted my TLCM on my P1X with Thrustmaster adapters but I feel they were rather poor, too much flex making the TLCM underused. It'll depend on your driving style also but I'm very satisfied personally. I'm mostly impressed with the immaculate build quality. Simgrade didn't cut corners despite delivery delays and it shows in the shipped product. The throttle has a load-cell as well so finding a comfortable pressure point might take some time to get used to. The software is fine and adjustments are easily made. Just ordered this based on your firs impressions mate, at the retail price of 547€, upgrading from a T-LCM to pair with my Simagic Alpha. Was about to pull the trigger in the HE Sprints but this looks really insane for the price, even without the pre-order discount, hope they will serve me for many years. Thanks for bringing this product to our attention, your content is top notch! Cheers!
seems like those plates for throttle end stop could be adjusted for longer throw. That short throttle throw would probably bother me a bit. I wish they could go a bit further.
We will sort this out - a longer throw will be available. Sorry I cannot yet tell you more details, but it's such an easy modification we surely will make that available some way.
Intressting Pedals they look great. I put it in my pedal list for my next Upgrade. But why they write on their side on the throttle no metal to metal contact.... 🤔🤔Ball bearing to loadcell seems to me metal to metal contact or not?
I ordered 3 pedal set. I wasnt even searching for pedals but when i saw your video i changed my mind. Looks just too good to skip. Also its made in finland so its domestic for me and that was nice bonus. Cant wait to receive my set of pedals. I have Thrustmaster T-LCM now so i think its nice uprage and probably will keep those pedals for many years. Im super hyped! Nice review for sure.
@@novantium3760 Huge uprage coming from tlcm. It took like 3.5months to get my pedals, because there was so many pre-orders and thats my only negative thing about this whole process. Pedals are fantastic. I like VX-PROs more than sprints or VRS pedals. In this price category these are my favorite pedals for sure.
A friend of mine LOVES them, and has no desire to upgrade unless he wins the lottery and can get the Simucube Active Pedals. He has HE Sprints before, and strongly prefers these over them.
@@glenndjenkinsHey, I'm also considering to buy a set of these pedals, but I have one concern: Will dust/dirt which definetly will come in contact with the bearing mechanism on the load cells will have a noticable influence on the performance? And in Dan's video at 2:50 it looks like there are metal shavings around the bearings. Does the bearings damage the load cell over time?
The pedals look good. I'm just worried about wear and tear. The rollers that run on the load cell already have a lot of wear and tear on you in the video. Metal shavings can already be seen in the video.
It will vary a bit, depending on where on the cue you're positioned.. we were suprized by the large amount of pre-orders (thank you all again!), so to get them all shipped will take us few weeks unfortunately. Hi @kimyoon4374 - we have addressed already this, the pedals will be delivered with different end stopper, that allows for longer throw for the throttle. Best Regards, Timo Koskela / SIMGRADE°
@@kimyoon4374 Yes it's true, but there was things to figure out to know if we can make the change in time for the first deliveries. Didn't want to promise anything we couldn't know for sure.
They are FOR SURE. Look at the shake up of DD wheel base prices when Fanatec announced their CSL DD. These companies have tacked on a 100-200% markup for sure, and have been loving it while the hobby was much smaller pre-covid.
Yup, 100%. Bought my HE Sprints a few years ago, knowing full well that the price is about double what it should be, if it was in a more competitive niche. Glad to see more competition as well as solid innovations at this price point.
Ive just fitted these to my rig after seen loads of great reviews but im a little stuck atm. Ive got the brake on the softest setting but my pedal still doesnt have any travel like it does on here. Any idea why? cos i hate pushing a brick wall cos its not realistic at all.
well ive been messing with these pedals all day and i can say mine are no way as good as this vid shows. I have hardly any pedal travel the user manual is garbage and doesnt show or explain anything and the software just glitches out on me all the time and it wont even let me calibrate the pedals. Not impressed with this waste of money
Same ...... I really didn't want to buy anything more from fanatec, but always thought sprints seemed a bit too much. This price point tipped my fancy and made me splash the cash.
@@DanSuzuki PLEASE don't forget to check this in your review with the final unit ! This is of course a deal braker if this isn't fixed in the final unit. It will break the loadcell for sure, it really looks terrible. I almost cannot believe that there are not more comments about it here because I was shocked when I saw it. @@turbohenk702 the design has been changed for the final units, no flanged bearings that "scrape" the loadcell any more - they switched to 4 "regular" bearings instead
need a long term review for that. definitely not worse than VRS, brake is as good or maybe even better, throttle is better because you can have higher resistance but have to see if there occur any issues in the long term, VRS are very solid regarding that.
nice, but its kinda dumb that in the thumbnail, you show 3pedal set with the price of the 2pedal set, that seems to imply that its 299 for 3. bisschen in die irre führend
How is the pedal angle adjusted? Does this affect the throw distance as well? I'm wanting to pull the trigger on this TODAY, but am wondering if this has enough adjustability for my liking. Coming from the Fanatec V3's and looking for a worthy upgrade. I was initially going to buy the VRS, but the price of these is very attractive.
The angle for one pedal is adjusted by removing 2 bolts, tilting the pedal and bolting the bolts back on. All pedals can be tilted 8,5 degrees "away from the driver" (rear of the pedal downwards). Hope this helps - Br, Timo Koskela / SIMGRADE°
I honestly dont think these are under priced. But rather the other stuff is way way over priced. I am getting back into IRacing and am shocked at the prices. Its ridiculous. I am not paying 2k for pedals for a video game. But not negative toward you, love your stuff. If these were higher I would pass on them. In this economy with everything almost doubling I cant justify it
The calibration tool does not run on my computer no matter what i do. It ran once and it does not run again. There are no clear instructions on what to do and no proper response system from simgrade.

@@____________________ok Even if it might be debatable how true that is in most cases, this is also possible with these pedals. You just add spacers inside the spring, thus limiting the travel as much as you like. After that you'll really be pushing against a brick wall :) It's a "2nd" stage, but here you also can adjust the location where the 2nd stage starts. One good way to adjust it is to take the hardest braking zone on the given track, and make the spacers stop the travel at 80% load or so (or whatever you prefer).
@@kosketi81 really looking forward to receiving them. Is the info on your site up to date? Are you still looking at supplying them the first part of April?
I guess me too now, ordered. I love my VRS pedals but indeed the face plate isn't comfortable with socks, throttle is fine for me. I love the look of the heel plates but £70 with taclx each 😮, that'll have to wait. My main worry is the throw of the throttle 🤔 Hopefully I should be able to sell the vrs pedals for near purchase price so get some money back (if I like the simgrade obviously)

It's logical that the prizes of these things dip. More and more companies make it and other ones learn from it. Development costs keep getting lower and as a result we are able to buy top notch quality stuff for a reasonable price. Saying things like "they sell it too cheap" is not something we can judge. We will sort this out - a longer throw will be available. Sorry I cannot yet tell you more details, but it's such an easy modification we surely will make that available some way.
@@kosketi81 awesome
Still worth it for 500Euros?
Intressting Pedals they look great. I put it in my pedal list for my next Upgrade. But why they write on their side on the throttle no metal to metal contact.... 🤔🤔Ball bearing to loadcell seems to me metal to metal contact or not?
It means the end stoppers --> travel of the pedal is not limited with metal-metal contact. All the best, Timo / SIMGRADE°
Nice review for sure.
how'd it go? just ordered these to replace my tlcm
Seriously considering these. Does anyone have any long-term impressions?
A friend of mine LOVES them, and has no desire to upgrade unless he wins the lottery and can get the Simucube Active Pedals. He has HE Sprints before, and strongly prefers these over them.
@@glenndjenkinsHey, I'm also considering to buy a set of these pedals, but I have one concern: Will dust/dirt which definetly will come in contact with the bearing mechanism on the load cells will have a noticable influence on the performance? And in Dan's video at 2:50 it looks like there are metal shavings around the bearings. Does the bearings damage the load cell over time?
Holy cow. These pedals look amazing for the price!
I have these. Just wondering whether to get the heel moving support for the brake pedal ?
The pedals look good. I'm just worried about wear and tear. The rollers that run on the load cell already have a lot of wear and tear on you in the video. Metal shavings can already be seen in the video.
This has been addressed a few times now.
Any word on when these will ship for those of us who pre-ordered?
Came here for same question😂
They say next week(tomorrow) they'll begin to ship first orders.
It will vary a bit, depending on where on the cue you're positioned.. we were suprized by the large amount of pre-orders (thank you all again!), so to get them all shipped will take us few weeks unfortunately. But yes, the first shipments will leave this week. We hope for some patience, the pedals will be worth it :) Needless to say, we're doing our very best to ship them to you all as fast as possible, it is also in our interests. Thanks again, Timo Koskela / SIMGRADE°
I really like a new, innovative design but the short throttle travel would be a make-or-break thing for many potential buyers.
Hi @kimyoon4374 - we have addressed already this, the pedals will be delivered with different end stopper, that allows for longer throw for the throttle. Best Regards, Timo Koskela / SIMGRADE°
@@kosketi81 Ahh, it should have been mentioned before the pre-order discount ended. :( However, thanks for letting us know.
@@kimyoon4374 Yes it's true, but there was things to figure out to know if we can make the change in time for the first deliveries. Didn't want to promise anything we couldn't know for sure.
you'd think other companies might be overpricing if they can do it for this price
Other companies are 100% overpricing to maximize profits. Sim racing is a hobby, and anything labeled a hobby is usually expensive.
Curious, Dan mentioned the travel on the throttle was medium range. Is there an actual measurement? I did not see it on the website.
@@ghastous did you get it figured out? I've noticed adjusting the preload also adjusts how much the pedal can travel at the same time.
@@S2GUnityeh I got them sorted. Great pedals
I just ordered them! i have been looking for a upgrade for my TLCM for a while and these look like the best option
Same ...... I really didn't want to buy anything more from fanatec, but always thought sprints seemed a bit too much. This price point tipped my fancy and made me splash the cash.
how'd it go? just ordered these to replace my tlcm
I got refunded because the preorder took way longer than expected.@@novantium3760
Would really like to know what happened to the review? Did you have problems with the pedals and ditch the review? Any updates?
No problems - just didn’t really use them any more
@@DanSuzuki Okay thanks! What would you consider the best bang for buck pedals around $300-$500?
What do you think Dan. If looking for a 3 pedal set. These pedals or HE Sprints? And how do these pedals compare to VRS pedals?
these!
@@DanSuzuki sold!
02:52 wait us that loadcell wearing out? Looks like it
it's the bearings "flange" that is being a tiny bit too close to the loadcell ... will be changed for the production units according to simgrade!
I'm going to buy these pedals IF they fix this with the heel support, so please also make that part of your review.
@@turbohenk702 the design has been changed for the final units, no flanged bearings that "scrape" the loadcell any more - they switched to 4 "regular" bearings instead
Still waiting for the SimTrecs pedal review….😮
One question,I have tr80,do I need the pedal plate or just mount them directly?
We've added the footprint drawing for one pedal on the product. All pedals are the same. Br, Timo Koskela / SIMGRADE
How do they compare to VRS?
need a long term review for that. definitely not worse than VRS, brake is as good or maybe even better, throttle is better because you can have higher resistance
but have to see if there occur any issues in the long term, VRS are very solid regarding that.
Hi Dan. Price aside and in your opinion, are these better than Asetek Invictus pedals? 😊
Man, I don't even have a sim rig ATM, but I sure want these pedals 😆
nice, but its kinda dumb that in the thumbnail, you show 3pedal set with the price of the 2pedal set, that seems to imply that its 299 for 3. bisschen in die irre führend
@@kosketi81 Awesome, thank you!
Has anyone received their order? I have been waiting for over 6 weeks and haven't received any response to my emails. This doesn't seem right.
Nope.
Nope. They didn't even answer anymore how long to wait. Month or weeks or years you don't know.
I ordered on 16th of March and received the pedals yesterday.
I received mine today. It was a pre-order not too long ago so I wouldn't panic...
Got em! They are fantastic.
Ordered. Taking your word for it. I have HE sprints now, off better, for this price is a no brainier.
hey dan. would u recommend these of the theras?
I honestly dont think these are under priced. But rather the other stuff is way way over priced. I am getting back into IRacing and am shocked at the prices. Its ridiculous. I am not paying 2k for pedals for a video game. But not negative toward you, love your stuff. If these were higher I would pass on them. In this economy with everything almost doubling I cant justify it
You’re not wrong 😅
The calibration tool does not run on my computer no matter what i do. It ran once and it does not run again. There are no clear instructions on what to do and no proper response system from simgrade.

How do these pedals get connected? USB or does each pedal have its own RJ connector? My wheelbase has only one RJ port to connect pedals.
Hi Daniel - I'm Timo Koskela from SIMGRADE° - the pedals connect to a controller box with RJ9 connector and the PC connects to the controller box with a USB A-B cable

@@____________________ok sorry but i drive a multi cab 😁
@@____________________ok this has been debunked a bit recently. A few vids showing that comment is a bit of a myth.

Who's still waiting their pre ordered units? Has anyone received the first ones already?
Almost all pre-ordered shipped. They are great.
It's logical that the prizes of these things dip. More and more companies make it and other ones learn from it. Development costs keep getting lower and as a result we are able to buy top notch quality stuff for a reasonable price. Saying things like "they sell it too cheap" is not something we can judge. But I understand it is based on what we already know and have seen. It's just simple economics.
