Welcome back to the channel where this week we are taking on the Kernow course at the St. Mellion Estates.
Myself (Dan Hendriksen) along with my brother Paul and Will Farley are teaming up to play a Texas Scramble around the second course at St. Mellion and we could be going low.
Here is what St. Mellion have to say:
Opened in 1976 The Old Course, as it was then called, quickly became a must play course and by 1979 was included amongst the elite by its inclusion on the European Tour with the hosting of the Benson & Hedges International Open. This was followed by two further tournaments as it played host to the Tournament Players Championship, which included a win for Bernhard Langer in 1983. Entirely renovated as part of St Mellion’s extensive 2008 redevelopment, the Kernow Course has developed into a very popular golf course with Members & Visitors alike and a perfect foil for the world class Nicklaus Course. With it's wide fairways and big greens the course has gained a popular following and in a recent survey was included in the Top 5 "2nd Courses" in the UK’s best 36-hole golf courses.

I, too, had a steak for dinner this Monday evening - a filet (fil-AY) on the bay, if you will. And before having watched Part 1.
I'm counting myself an inaugural member of the Monday-Steak-Night Club if it gains traction!
And indeed, we'll be seeing how Filet-Arms affect play at St.Mellion tomorrow morning.

Looking forward to seeing the Kernow Course. Played the Nicholas Course and loved it. Next year when I'm back in the UK I pan to head down a few tines play both. Kernow looks good so far.
Hey boy's, it's great to see Wilbur back on the channel. The 3rd hole it might have been better to take Dan's chip or even putt it across the green.
Cracking little golf course, after playing the Nicholas course first the Kernow course lets you know you can still play a bit of decent golf.

Great to see Wilbur on the channel and Paulson that chip why if it wasn’t good with the grass round it didn’t anyone use a sand wedge opened up just to get a bit more club under it I think I would of in that situation but great golf out there boys let’s see more lol

This coming from a Western Pennsylvanian who has genuine, long-lived dislike for their Phlyers, but even I can't dismiss their passion and its response to 'Gonna Fly Now'.

We played the Kernow a few months ago and loved it espcially at £30 a round compared to the Nicklaus course at £90 !!!!!

Played this, must of been 30 years ago when it was called the old course. The only thing I remember is a hole where the car park was uncomfortably close. Think I just seen it when you were looking at the first. Feel it was either the 9th or 18th.

In case anyone is wondering, Dan, Lester and Jordan are as nice in real life as they are on the channel, great to meet you guys earlier today only sorry I was summoned by “she who must be obeyed” before you finished (I did tell her I was popping out for about an hour😘🤔⛳️🏌️). When you do the main course, I promise I won’t quit Lester! Paul, who in their right mind would have a fillet steak well done, behave…Wilbur has the right idea, baste it with butter, in fact lurpak garlic butter works really well (other butters are available) 😋
