This Dan...is your best video to date. Proper serious golf. The commentary was so informative and helpful, and the thoughts shared by Paul, James and Will were really interesting. I look forward to more of these whenever they appear.
You should all be commended for helping a mate out trying to achieve his dreams. It’s not only a golf story but a life story. Something like this is so valuable for wil. Simulations and experiences and listening to people that have gone though something your embarking on is so important to growth and development.
That was fascinating. One of the most informative playing videos that I have ever seen. This is more about how they should be thinking. I say should be, because there are examples of where they clearly haven't thought about the consequences of their shot choices.
Great steady play Paul! Showing your true level of golf,That putter though 🐷 Running to the first tee is a recipe for disaster on any level 🤣 and Wilber that double 🤦🏼♂️
If the powers-that-be at any major broadcasting network hear this commentary, they will surely be reaching out to you. This is top shelf! If you can say "patrons" a few hundred times per day, we may be hearing your voice in a few weeks!
You often hear about "Hidden gems" in golf. Well this channel feels like that. Constantly churning out some of the very best golf content on TH-cam. Should have at least 15 times more subscribers. Good mix of personalities, some lovely courses, some great golf and all of it captured and editied very well. Keep it up fellas!
Dan's brother's putter is enormous!! I suppose you could all stand under it if it rains! Really like this type of video. Thoughts on course management are very interesting. More of this kind of thing please.
Great vlog Dan. Nice to see and hear what it’s like at Tour school. Nothing but pressure. I like what Paul said: “don’t rush, take your time every shot counts.” Keep up the great work. Rooting for you Wilbur, you can do it.🤞🏾
Excellent video!! Enjoyed a more serious video. Nice to see that you can make both types(fun and serious) and keep the quality top notch. Good Luck to Will at school!
I love the fact that you can actually feel the tension when their playing. It’s good to see that they have bought into the idea. Great video Dan. Looking forward to tomorrow’s now.
Hi Dan, this is an absolutely fantastic video, I will definitely be using the thought processes in my own game. Being an high handicap golfer content like this is invaluable. Best wishes to Wilbur and keep up the great work Dan. 👍
Just caught up with this video, really informative, we can all learn so much about the tactical approach to golf by watching these kind of vlogs, this is one I'll revisit a few times I think. St Mellion looks amazing as well, and so tight - jaysus, not for the faint hearted amateurs like me that like to occasionally waft one severely to the right ;-)
This is one of the very best golf Vlog videos I've ever seen (and I've seen loads of 'em). Not only is it 3 (clearly) excellent golfers, with 3 individual styles, testing themselves against one of the hardest courses I've ever played, but it also provides a really great insight into the golfing brain and in such a way as I can feel I could take some of it to the course to help my game. On top of that, excellent narration and palpable pressure leading to golfing drama have made this a comment worthy event. Great work Dan and good luck boys in your future tour school endeavors.
Just paused the video to come comment. This is excellent stuff. I played St.Mellion in the summer. Off the Yellows which is still a slope of 130 and about 400 yards shorter than you guys are playing. The rough was up higher than in this video and I was rubbish, but it's a class track and it's great to see it played properly. Can really see the divergence in content from the Crossfield days. Not better, not worse but different. Your own style. Keep it up, it's a really enjoyable watch.
Love this idea! Hope Wilbur does well at the real one. That 12th tee has looked terrifying to me both times you’ve shown this course! This will be fun to watch! 👍🏻
Hi there again Dan To me this has to be one of the best vids yet and I cant wait for No 2. The tension at the start you could feel it just watching. Good luck to Will for the future.
Great idea for a video. We’ve all pretended to play for the Masters or the Open, so it’s fun to watch them try to simulate something that’s actually attainable for them. Paul made a great point with course setup helping the young bombers in later stages and it makes sense to why he’s struggled to get past Tour school despite likely being a “better” player than a lot who did make it through but hit it 30+ yards by him. Frustrating I’m sure.
James's caddie is going to have a stern talking to about not forgetting his pros clubs - because everyone knows it's not the pros fault. Brilliant Video.
Great video this Dan, great to hear and see how Paul and James approach things (minus forgetting his bats!) going to enjoy this one!! Keep up the great work
Go Will! That short miss on the 1st is why I dislike taking "inside the leather" putts when playing with friends. Nice to keep the pace of play going but some of those short ones can be darn tricky. Need the practice on making those short ones as well as the long ones. Another excellent vlog!
As per other comments excellent thanks . Paul’s putting looks nice and square , the old putter seemed to open and close a bit too much for what looked like a face balanced club . Now threatening the hole on long putts and very solid on shorter ones . New confidence in his putting!
How many times have we all taken a club for safety off the tee and made a hash of it. Great video this one, nice to see them all under a bit of pressure, Will just doesn’t look to have settled yet
Fantastic diary of the tour player and what is required to play on the biggest stage. Looking forward to this week, as always. Happy Birthday Dan (& Lester!)
Love the concept and great practice and experience for Wilbur - good to have 3 pros like you Paul and James to give him that confidence- great stuff as always!
Loved the interview with your bro after the doubles. A lesson every golfer never listens to. We club golfers do the tap in miss all the time usually miss during medals and miraculously sink em from 3 foot for blobs on the Wednesday stableford 😂🤦♂️ great vid as always 👌
Was a member at the Players Club. Beast of a course off the back tips. If you can get through the first 6 holes without much of a disaster you can build a decent score. Plenty of danger 13-16
Hey Dan, can we have a video of a week in the life of a tour Pro. Do they do any specific exercises, gym routine, any training at home, what type of practice etc? Just so us armatures can see the hard work they put in and is it different between Paul and will.
Dan what an excellent video and what a tough golf course this is. So glad I don’t play golf on this course it would destroy me. Keep these videos coming and I will always watch them.
i hear Paul still wearing his squeaky shoes and changed his putter again. Dan good vlog again from inside the ropes, looking forward to the other vlogs
Another good video it’s really informative to hear the thoughts about the shots your trying to hit, one mistake I have yet to make is forgetting my clubs prior to playing!
It's a different type of pressure when trying to make a certain score, really informative, a great insight on what it takes to perform at the highest level. Thanks guys.
Great vid, one of your best. I’ve played St Mellion from yellow tees. Difficult tract especially for Pro’s who must sacrifice length for some accurancy, otherwise its easy to get into trouble. More of this please.
Again a great series! I love the comments from tour Paul on both others games. If I may contribute to that I think Wilber should not have played his trusty 63 degree wedge out of that rough on the first hole. If he had played a 56/54 he would have been much closer. The 63 could never could get it to the 2 feet of the hole with the limited back swing he got there.
Great video and excellent advice from Paul on how in tournament golf you have to treat every shot with importance and go through your routine, this is also helpful in just regular rounds think we kind of go at the little putts like it's a for sure make and miss then mad when it's our own fault. Good luck on your journey Will
Great video once more. With the greatest respect to Wilbur and he's obviously a very talented player, would it not be in his interests to get himself into better shape given the demands of Tour golf at all levels these days? I would also add that he looked very nervous there too.
Yeah camera in his face playing at this course with Paul & James can make you a little twitchy. As for his fitness, it’s something for him to consider long term for sure 👍
The educational aspect to this is pure gold
Paul is absolute quality. Such a good temperament and quiet coolness about him in this situation. He is a great mentor for big Will.
This Dan...is your best video to date. Proper serious golf. The commentary was so informative and helpful, and the thoughts shared by Paul, James and Will were really interesting. I look forward to more of these whenever they appear.
Part 2 tomorrow night, 6pm followed by final part on Thursday, it gets better as the round goes on 👍
You can see Paul's quality in this environment
And hear his squeaky shoes.
Best wishes to Wilbur at tour school! I hope one day we can all say, "I remember seeing him on TH-cam course vlogs..."
You should all be commended for helping a mate out trying to achieve his dreams. It’s not only a golf story but a life story. Something like this is so valuable for wil. Simulations and experiences and listening to people that have gone though something your embarking on is so important to growth and development.
Dan and saying "not sure we're going to see that down". Name a more iconic duo.
Keep up the great work guys, awesome vid
“Jumbos got some length”....had a little smile on his face lol
That was fascinating. One of the most informative playing videos that I have ever seen. This is more about how they should be thinking. I say should be, because there are examples of where they clearly haven't thought about the consequences of their shot choices.
Not a proper Hendriksen vlog, until we hear a footjoy squeak. Top video again lads.
Another great video, easily putting out the best golf content on TH-cam
To this Sick Rhiels has x50 no. of subscribers and is utter shite is quite remarkable. Subjective I know but hey ho. Love this channel.
Great steady play Paul! Showing your true level of golf,That putter though 🐷
Running to the first tee is a recipe for disaster on any level 🤣 and Wilber that double 🤦🏼♂️

Some good information for the amateur in there. Course management really needs to be part of your game. Good luck to will.
My aged father and I Played alongside Mr Ruth at Yelverton couple of years ago- great golfer and an absolute gentleman
Dan, this is easily the best golf content I've watched on TH-cam. Kudos.
Very interesting, thanks for sharing. Good luck Will

Thanks Darren, I always say that a hidden gem is just poorly marketed, I have a plan 😉
Dan's brother's putter is enormous!! I suppose you could all stand under it if it rains! Really like this type of video. Thoughts on course management are very interesting. More of this kind of thing please.
A fantastic look into the prep for tour school. Great video Dan!

Great vlog hopefully the experience of Paul can help Will prepare and do well in the qualifiers

Sending Wil nothing but positive thoughts from across the pond! Play well and wishing you the best at Q School.

Awesome, can’t wait fir part 2.
James's caddie is going to have a stern talking to about not forgetting his pros clubs - because everyone knows it's not the pros fault. Brilliant Video.
Good luck Will. Iove the video content.
Great vlog, looking forward to the other parts. Could listen to Paul talk golf all day, really insightful and articulate
Hi Dan best video to date mate great standard of golf and really funny really enjoyed it well done
Something different. Amazing course. One of my favs. Paul’s putter - Starship Enterprise ! Does he have to pay road tax on that putter. 🤣
😂
excellent Dan - very imaginative and very well made. It's a great course as well, probably the most difficult I've played
Great concept for a video and really interesting to learn what it takes to cut the mustard!
Great video this Dan, great to hear and see how Paul and James approach things (minus forgetting his bats!) going to enjoy this one!! Keep up the great work
This Vlog is absolutely a treasure. Good Job
Glad you enjoyed it!
brilliant lads, great feeling to the golf, feels like there is something on it, come on Will
Go Will! That short miss on the 1st is why I dislike taking "inside the leather" putts when playing with friends. Nice to keep the pace of play going but some of those short ones can be darn tricky. Need the practice on making those short ones as well as the long ones. Another excellent vlog!

I felt really nervous for these guys even though it was only a simulation. You set up the tension really well with your commentary.!
Thanks John and that was the idea of the series.
Another great video Dan. Love watching your content and got a great team around you.But please can you put some oil in 'Dan's brothers'shoes 👞 😂
How many times have we all taken a club for safety off the tee and made a hash of it. Great video this one, nice to see them all under a bit of pressure, Will just doesn’t look to have settled yet
Counting down the minutes to Part 2. Great vlog again, Sir.
Fantastic diary of the tour player and what is required to play on the biggest stage. Looking forward to this week, as always. Happy Birthday Dan (& Lester!)
Good video Dan, very enjoyable keep up the good work.
I enjoy all your videos, Dan, but I especially want Paul's appearances on the channel.
Love the course vlog videos Dan. Would really like to see more videos like this one 😁
Love the concept and great practice and experience for Wilbur - good to have 3 pros like you Paul and James to give him that confidence- great stuff as always!
Great vid. Great commentary throughout. Thanks.
really terrific video, lovely commentary and really interesting to watch and hear from some very good golfers.
Loved the interview with your bro after the doubles. A lesson every golfer never listens to. We club golfers do the tap in miss all the time usually miss during medals and miraculously sink em from 3 foot for blobs on the Wednesday stableford 😂🤦♂️ great vid as always 👌
Impressive drone work love the Aerial views . Great insight into professional golf and how hard it is
So much quality information contained in these videos, it's my go to channel now for insite into better golf👍
Thanks Keef 👍
Very interesting Dan / and very useful for us amateurs: really great content again!
Was a member at the Players Club. Beast of a course off the back tips. If you can get through the first 6 holes without much of a disaster you can build a decent score. Plenty of danger 13-16
Really interesting. Thanks Dan and co.
Brilliant - running out of superlatives Dan - this is so interesting
Wilber good luck. May the Force be with you.
Great video Dan. Must get back to st mellion next year, such a great venue.
Dan, your videos always seem to add such a great element of drama. Really enjoying the content.
Haha, 'lining up to right edge, im feeling like it should be more left edge'. Literally on his backstroke.
Hey Dan, can we have a video of a week in the life of a tour Pro.

This vid is nothing short of exciting love it good luck boyz
Yeah Dan you have got some of the best material out there...keep up the great vlogs..(look out shiels, here comes Danny Boy)
i hear Paul still wearing his squeaky shoes and changed his putter again. Dan good vlog again from inside the ropes, looking forward to the other vlogs
Theses lads are just at a different level !
Great video Dan and I could feel the nerves coming through my laptop. Its a really tough thing to go through tour school.
Another good video it’s really informative to hear the thoughts about the shots your trying to hit, one mistake I have yet to make is forgetting my clubs prior to playing!
Brilliant stuff. Really interesting style of video 👍
Crikey this is good stuff. So professional 👍
And thank you for always using the shot tracer. Really helps the viewer.
Very tense atmosphere. Everyone concentrating.
I really enjoy the changing the format, from the fun tests, the team events and the more focused style. Great content again, well done!
It's a different type of pressure when trying to make a certain score, really informative, a great insight on what it takes
to perform at the highest level. Thanks guys.
Great idea for a video, will seems top lad very dry ,great way to support him
You can tell Will is still a tad nervous and rushing his shots. This is a great exercise to put him through to prepare him. Love it.
Brilliant format, thank you
Very to the point summary of the first hole by Paul aka Dan’s brother. Interested to see the final outcome.
Cmon will I reckon he was fuming about the first hole🙈😂😂👍
Great Idea for a series, Wow, Wilbur's drive on shot tracer on the par 5 flew like an asteroid in the atmosphere.
Great video Dan. St Mellion is a great test. Love the different videos you put out
Great vid, one of your best. I’ve played St Mellion from yellow tees. Difficult tract especially for Pro’s who must sacrifice length for some accurancy, otherwise its easy to get into trouble. More of this please.
Will is the most placid lad on TH-cam
Great video can't wait to see the rest
Great video of the serious side to golf
Fantastic content, great stuff lads

Good blog Dan, hope Wilbur pulls it back.
Love these videos with Paul and will, the channel just keeps getting better and better, can’t wait for your vid with Peter finch!
Great day filming with Pete today, really nice lad 👍
Dan! I’ve missed you on Crossfields channel. First watch of your channel and love the idea of this one, new subscriber here! 👍
Thanks Nick and welcome to the channel, lots of content coming out 👍
Great video once more. With the greatest respect to Wilbur and he's obviously a very talented player, would it not be in his interests to get himself into better shape given the demands of Tour golf at all levels these days? I would also add that he looked very nervous there too.
