At this point I'm convinced that Swaymen's just refusing to re-sign cuz he's angry that Sweeney traded Ulmark and is just waiting til Dec 1st to sign in Ottawa as a UFA
Yea I've always wondered this about duclair as well. He's been solid almost everywhere he's played. In the 20s goals ish range 40 ish points. Brings a bit of grit to whoever he plays for
I just do not see the upside with Makiniemi. Good luck to him and the Flyers. I remember when the Flyers signed Martin Jones and I thought the same thing.
@@TheHockeyGuy That is fine if there is no real intention to play him. I would still rather sign someone if I had to play them I would actually want to see how they would do. Good luck to both of them.
Hopefully he will do better than that and shut down most opponents' offenses,. Would be pleased with winning W/L and save percentages at this point, though.
They should add a new type of contract, something between one-way and two-way which would allow teams to send the player to AHL without going through waivers, but earning the same money as in NHL...
@@TyrekeCorrea that's rubbish... sorry... there is not big difference to one-way (standard) contract just waivers exemption... that would help depth players not to be stuck in AHL just because if they call them up then they would loose them... for players who want to stay with the team they signed the contract...
My middle body was injured once, as was my anterior one after a Yeti attacked me in Utah…how’s that name coming along, Utah Generic Hockey Bunch? Got any ideas?
Dude the game isn't even over yet lol you're too good. I hope Lindgren is ok. VERY happy Chytil returned. He just scored. Big relief. All but certain Lindgren will return, even if he literally was decapitated, he will be back.
I hate it when my lower body is injured on a week to week basis
I caught my husband trying to call his hangover a day to day upper body injury.
At 25 years skateboarding I get it. My shins look like an appalachia backroad
Yeah, I hate when I’m constantly kicked in the groin
My leg tendons have been on the month to month injury report lol
Ask your boss to put you on LTIR.
ullmark and swaymen brothers until the end one won’t play if the other doesn’t!!! Power of friendship!!!!!

@@neeltheother2342that's not how that works
@@neeltheother2342 If he does not sign until Dec 1, he does not play for any team until next years training camp ;)
@@neeltheother2342He would still be RFA.
Ones not getting paid lol !!!!!!!
Is Ullmark withholding his services? Did someone ask Don Sweeney?
@@M220DF this made me chuckle
Barzal and Duke on a line is going to be crazy. There is some speed in that line idea
I work right close to the site of perminent Utah practice facility... work is definitly under way...
Ullmark has been practicing on his own the last couple days and should join the team for next game
Nice to see that Flyers jersey, thanks for the news update
Elias Lindholm also not practicing for BOS. Some kind of injury. He’s listed as “Day to Day"
Mentioned this morning.
That Islanders Rangers game ending though haha
I'm ready for the Cal Peterson era of Flyers hockey to be over.
Cal Peterson is said to be like a player coach for the younger goalies only one more season of his contract then see what happens
All right, pre season is here, im officially getting really excited for NHL hockey! Here's to a great season. LGRW!!!!!
That's not too bad, my injury is year to year lol
I really hope Ottawa gets their golie beck soon enough and I really hope they go far this year
LOL! That is exactly what I thought you said. Good catch!
2:05 Yes this did caught my attention when you said it....I was like what's he saying...? 😮😮🤣
🤔?
Why does Duclair not stick somewhere? He is solid.
He stuck with Florida they just had to dump his contract to get depth on the PK
Yea I've always wondered this about duclair as well. He's been solid almost everywhere he's played. In the 20s goals ish range 40 ish points. Brings a bit of grit to whoever he plays for
I use to be bummed when the jackets didnt make the news videos. I dont want to ever be in another news video...

It's purely depth for the Phantoms.

Bruins goalie curse perhaps
I have good feeling about Mäkiniemi, hope he will play in NHL level this season😄

They should add a new type of contract, something between one-way and two-way which would allow teams to send the player to AHL without going through waivers, but earning the same money as in NHL...
That would result in too much fluidity in the manner of both physical presence and monetary transfer.

The rangers comeback was amazing to watch. So great to see Chytil being ok and then scoring.
Lindgren is a beast
It sounded like you said Ryan Lindgren was with the Islanders.
199 Ziemann Port
that florida player.... i had to do a double take, as i was doing something while listening to the news.
The Sens NEED Ullmark, or they will miss the playoffs again.
i just hate it when star goaltenders are hurt.
I think loads of us do.

No Ullmark yet the Leaf's still loose😅
What if I just happened upon this video?
Tomáš Nosek is pronounced "toh-MAHSH NOH-shehk."
Not for years now. Ever since he went to Vegas, it hasn't been pronounced that way.
@@TheHockeyGuy Thanks. When he was with the Bruins, I heard it said both ways. Jack Edwards and Andy Brickley disagreed on how to say it.

nosek for you two weeks lmmfao
1:40 they confirmed it was not a concussion for Nosek and he should be week to week
Lindy will play next game.
If this man was hit by a train he would play next game.
So you think Askarov starts in the AHL? You're crazy and very wrong about that lol
My middle body was injured once, as was my anterior one after a Yeti attacked me in Utah…how’s that name coming along, Utah Generic Hockey Bunch? Got any ideas?
Rumor has it they are working out licensing issue so it sounds like they have chosen the name but it won't be revealed this season.
