Very well said. I’ve been looking for a job for the last nine months as a software developer to no avail. It’s really been difficult. And has taken a toll on my mental health a bit. So I really like your perspective around choosing what your pain is. I have found myself in this struggle you describe. And I’ve chosen to up skill into cyber security. It still hasn’t gotten me a job yet, but I will choose the pain and work that it takes to get a job in that field, rather than being broke and homeless. But I won’t lie, there are days that I feel demotivated and depressed about the current job market in technology.
