Hey @Elgato I just received my LP arm 2 days ago, but it’s the v1.0 (with just one knob). Any way I can exchange for the v2.0 arm? This constant use of the Allen wrench on the v1.0 is killing me. Lol
I got this boom arm with the Elgato DX mic version paired with the Wave XLR and the whole set up was easy and simple! Thanks for the content bro! I tend to agree that the cable management should be on the bottom and not on the top but having it being magnetic covers, it's not the end of the world.
Excellent review and testing. I am curious about the dimensions of the clamp. I have a 2.625" hole cut-out in my desk and am curious if I can fit the clamp inside the hole and push it against the inner edge of the circle (I hope that makes sense). I know the clamp has a 2.4" maximum height, but I can't find any information on the width and length of the entire clamp itself. If not, I'll have to find another place to mount the clamp. Definitely a future purchase for me, thank you!

When fixing it to your RE20 did you just use any extra accessories to connect it or will what comes with the mic and arm by default be enough? I recently got the RE27 for my voice over work and it’s compatible with most mounts and arms the RE20 can fit into. My desk setup is a bit cramped and my current arm isn’t very compatible with the new mic or its official shock mount, and this low sitting arm looks pretty much perfect for my desk! No shock mount to deal with would be a plus too!
@@kettnercreative yeap, on amazon seems out of stock. Maybe because they are getting out the new version of it! As well as you i'm using the rode nt mini, i how it can support the weight!

is there a way to mount this without a clamp? i am looking for a low profile boom arm with mounting option on the table. Like the psa1+ has.
