I think this win will rebalance the rivalry personally, if not shift it towards Michigan. I really don’t think Day is a very good head coach in all honesty. Urban was a much better head coach.
Not enough credit to Coach Harbaugh, he had to build this program back up. Wasn’t handed anything, had some shit breaks in this game. As a buckeyes fan I gotta give credit to Michigan they came to play. I do believe being in Ann Arbor, the weather, and the penalties played a factor but they played better today. Harbaugh does legit seem pretty shocked that he won the game though. It’s hard to believe this is gonna start a new trend though as I expect OSU to bounce back the next few years but only time will tell.
You mean the holding penalties because they were facing an elite defensive line? Or the false starts because they were rattled after being dominated? Being in Ann Arbor been just fine the past years they were there lol dude your team is soft and played some damn warriors on a mission. Ohio St is a glorified Big 12 team. All offense and not a lick of defensive playmakers

As a life-long Buckeye fan who once went into a year-long depression if OSU lost, I am disappointed. But I have to say that "The Game" hasn't felt like much of a rivalry for several years, and I was actually starting to lose interest. Be fore this game, I actually believed this time might be a turning point for TSUN, and thought that a Buckeye loss would be a good thing for the rivalry even though I was still rooting for them. The Buckeyes were outplayed and outcoached and deserved to lose. I have to congratulate coach Harbaugh, his staff and team on their win, and look forward to next year. It just got interesting again.
My how the standards of UM fans have gone down. Great win for Michigan. So happy for Harbaugh. He’s endured A LOT of criticism, and much of it was warranted. Hopefully this win will send the program to the next level! I can finally buy a U of M hoodie and hat…….and wear them with pride!!!
Should wear them with pride no matter, no criticism, just encouragement to support your team. Go blue!

@@NickStalions No it’s not, sir. A bandwagon is a vehicle. I’ve always been ‘on the Michigan bandwagon’. Over the last 20 years I haven’t been a proud and happy passenger this time of year. Have you? A ton of fans feel angry and exasperated, and jump off during the down times, then when the team finally wins they sneak back on then lie and say,”I’VE REMAINED A PROUD AND HAPPY SUPPORTER ALL THE TIME!” Fake diehards! Yea your just 100 percent correct on that it is only if Michigan is willing to win and if they do they can beat teams better than Ohio state.
Also I wanna see more games like that mich vs OSU because if Michigan keep that up we will win every single game and a matter of acting just say ur opponent is UGA just ac5 like it I OSU
I’m happy for harbaugh. Yes it’s been tough to watch M football these past few years… but he didn’t quit on Michigan football. I don’t care how much money he makes… he’s still the type of coach every team wants in their corner. This season could set precedence for the next decade. Big win against OSU.
I love that he says, after being head coach for six years at Michigan, "this is the beginning." SIX YEARS...
@Nik Goj It is strange that ever since 2003 when Ohio State got lucky and beat Miami in the national title game, they get all these great 4 and 5 star recruits every year, no matter who their coach is, they win. I'm not trying to be a hater, but it is strange that before 2003, they hadn't won a national title in I believe 35 years, and they never could beat Michigan, but now they are title contenders pretty much every year lol. Maybe before 2003, they weren't paying the players enough money 🤣🤣. I would almost be willing to bet my balls that if Ryan Day was the Head Coach at say Michigan or Cincinnati, he would not have improved those programs, he didn't even improve Ohio State, he just maintained the program these last couple years.
@@justinexplainseverything1554 and you think maintaining is an easy task? Lets just see how well M maintains.
I was really hard on him, and I am sorry I doubted Jim Harbaugh. He’s a winner.
I was hard on him too and I still will be. He will just get a longer leash for a while.
I’ll give him credit for winning the game and this season but don’t doubt for a second that Gattis and Macdonald didn’t have a lot to do with this seasons turn around too.
@@Adam-vs2in Remind me… WHO hired those dudes? Who had the vision to implement those guys? 🤔🤔 Oh, yeah…. Leadership, pal. That’s the name of the game. Good coaches coach. GREAT coaches delegate.
@@ItsGood2BtheKING1 well pal, I’ll give the OC and DC their credit. That same leader also kept don brown around long enough to get smoked 2 years in a row too. It goes both ways.
I like the direction the team and credit coach for making necessary adjustments but he’s had an ugly past vs his two rivals. A big ten win will take the nasty taste of the msu loss away and a NC would take the sting away from falling short the past several seasons.
@@Adam-vs2in fair. Unfortunate. But fair. RR and BH did a lot of damage tho. And late-Lloyd too. And the line about being born on third, is not without merit.

True, but we knew the wins against TTUN couldn't continue forever. But they earned this one. Kicked our asses in the trenches up and down the field. Our Buckeyes mailed it in, and played like crap.

Well can you blame them? It was a dumpster fire the past few years especially last season.
Now that high school kids know they are for real again they won’t be recruiting on hype alone. That was a result they needed and they’ll flip more recruits if they win this weekend.
@@Adam-vs2in They're bums. There's an article about all of them Go look up there stats, playing time and team records. Good riddance.
@@WeFreestyleForever oh I don’t disagree with you. I think a lot of it was on the coaches as well. Their recruiting style, not coaching them up properly, ect. I’m it appears they’ve learned from that and they’re getting hard working players that want to be there and be better. Look at Hutchinson compared to rashan Gary. Came in expected to terrorize QBs like Aiden did and he wasn’t hungry enough. He was too worried about his own logo than being better.
Those first few years Michigan was recruiting with hype alone and they did get some really talented players but they were mentally weak. I hope they continue to get 4 and some 5 star players now but ultimately they need tough as nails players that fit their system.

Those weather conditions playing in Ann Arbor clinched the win for Michigan.
OSU's terrible lines clinched the game. That isn't affected by the weather.

Think before you talk. Might want him gone if he continues to win. Watch some of the games from previous years since he got here. A lot of that was execution errors and self inflicted mistakes rather than 🚫su having a better game plan. Sometimes all it takes is overcoming that mental hurdle to make it through
Why? So he can beat you for the next decade? That’s the most logical thing rn

@@reidjewett8226 I’m not following. Is your implication that Harbaugh hasn’t had to work for what he has? Lol. @@reidjewett8226 I agree. All those players work hard. Harbaugh point is OSU has been a recruiting powerhouse for the last decade (at least), and has had a steady program for the most part. A lot of asshole OSU fans don’t realize how difficult it is for a team to break through that kind of consistency.

You can take a horse to water but can’t make them drink it, those players drank it all today. It’s a players game and the coach did an excellent job. No more of that dumb ass talk of firing this man. They’re lucky to have him.
I tried to tell ya'll that once Harbaugh fired Don Brown & Co. and hired a young, all NFL staff...it was all over for ohio! We got an all NFL staff coaching us.
The Game …..survives !

To be fair, he didnt specify how long it would take to reach 100. So maybe a few more years?
