Love your channel Kyle. I am retired and started flipping mowers to keep me busy when I get bored. Your content is always good and informative. Hope you have continued success in 2025!
As always a great revival. CLARAYYYY WINE haha. I did get a chuckle from the fancy name. Looks and operates great. A struggle for sure in your climate to make them shine when you can’t even use a garden hose. I greatly appreciate the shout out, and yes some carbs just don’t work out. I tried my best, but like you said it’s great to keep them on hand for future projects. Hope you and your family have a great holiday buddy. 😎😎🫡
Looks like you got a very good deal. I'm glad you got everything working good. What a difference. I would've painted that thing a gloss paint job, just because I like Shiny Stuff.
I prefer the semigloss too. I mentioned that in the video. But the store didn’t have any glossy paint that matched. So, I thought it was better to match the color as best as I could than to match the finish (gloss)
If you swap the vice workbench with the paint can shelving you’ll get more natural light into the shop. Just a thought. While you’re at it, move the light switch over by the door. 😉
Very good job. On the carburetor, if you drill out the main jets, that really helps. I checked out the jets in a 22 horsepower Briggs started out at about .044, went to .050 sure made a good difference.
@Kylebythecreek Yes, it probably would. It sure runs much smoother and stronger. It pulls strong in tall or thick grass. I strongly suggest you get a dial calipers to measure where your at to start. On 1 cylinder go smaller say no more than 3 to 4 thousandths
I went to TSC first, but they only had 250cca batteries in stock. Personally, I haven’t noticed a difference between TSC and Walmart batteries. Certainly TSC is more expensive, but have you noticed them being that much better?
What is with the rust on the left front wheel? Otherwise excellent work Kyle. She will serve someone well. That is all one can ask. This mower is worth maybe 2500 at least
THAT WAS A GOOD USE OF A MASK. YOU FINALLY LISTENED TO ME. PLEASE USE MORE PPE. YOUR SAFTEY IS WHAT MATTERS. ALSO YOU SHOULD HAVE USED A RUST PROOF BONDING AGENT BEFORE PRIMING. WHY DIDNT YOU USE A PAINTING HOOD? ITS IMPORTANT
Your paint jobs would look so much better if you actually sprayed like the directions say… light sweeping strokes in a uniform area vs your hammer down circles method. 🫤
Most flippers don’t paint it at all. I could have sold it as is- which is how I bought it. I’m not sure why people confuse my channel for one of those that does full restorations. I say it everytime, I’m a tractor flipper.
You don’t get it! You boast that you “only” paid $120 for the machine, your wanting to sell it for $1000, 10x? You have basically nothing in it, you don’t pay income tax on your profits, do you have business/liability insurance? Do you have a business license? No… so the least you could do is sell something a good product! Worry less about the paint & buy a new carburetor so they don’t have a problem a month after purchase. You are worried about the price of an air filter, but not 4 cans of Walmart paint 😒.

Thanks for tuning in!
I always loved White Outdoor and Yard-Man mowers! They both have a lot in common. Also you did an awesome job on this mower wow!! 👍
Thanks so much!
I’ve been cutting a flat washer and fixing the broken one on steering, it works great 👍
Instead of replacing the tie rod?
Awesome job on the tractor. It came out looking great. I always enjoy watching your videos, you do a good job and are very informative.
Thank you! I really appreciate that!
You did fine

Thanks Alex. All the best to you and your growing family!
@ thank you !!
We already know this is gonna be a good one when the mower is too big for the the trailer
I was definitely surprised when I went to pick it up initially. I thought it was a typical 42” deck, but nope!
Good morning!!
Good morning! I hope you are having a good day.
Looks great the only thing that might be a slight downfall is going to be the hood. Good job as always
Thanks! I don’t think the hood will be a deal breaker for anyone
I think I like the wine color on decks more than red or orange. Yes yes I know super magenta wine stain whatever.
Thanks!
The white gt tractor is a one off brand of tractor I've never seen till your video on this one Kyle
Built by MTD.
@Rein_Ciarfella yes it is I've seen the smaller ones from back in the day
I have several of them in my area and they are pretty good equipment, they are getting pretty old but they still want them fixed up 😊
Yeah, it seems pretty well made. Nothing crazy, but certainly better than most home owner stuff
@Kylebythecreek you got that right I've seen a home owner grade of it back in the day
Looks like you got a very good deal. I'm glad you got everything working good. What a difference. I would've painted that thing a gloss paint job, just because I like Shiny Stuff.

I love your content, Kyle. Please keep it coming.
Thank you!
14:39 maybe your using your magic powers!

Try a heat gun or a small torch on the black plastic trim on the tractor. It'll make em look better.
Yes Kyle I work Year round as I live in Georgia & I'm also Retired now
Congrats on retirement! Enjoy your warmer winters!
can't believe you did all that in the cold.
Got to do it!
Great video Kyle those winters of yours are too harsh for a guy like me in Arizona but your camera work and videos are really great !
Thank you! We’re hoping for much more snow. We haven’t gotten much over the last several years

Good tip. I’ve never done that before. I’d have to experiment with that. But I bet it would fix the slight surge it has
@Kylebythecreek

@ thank you
Put a tad of B12 or sea foam in tank😊
Is that Cub Cadet you have, a 1050? If so, when are you going to work on it? Great video 👍
It’s got a cracked block (Kohler courage). I’m trying to source a good block for it
I think you forgot the washer on the fender. Can you go back and fix it?
It is a keeper I think but if you need the money then sale it, it should last at least bring 1K
I’ll probably mow my lawn with it once and then sell it. Thanks for watching!
Kyle, Seymour go red engine paint is kind of a dark red. It sprays good and even leaves a glosss finish. It’s cheap online too
Interesting. I’ve never seen that brand in the shelves anywhere. I just googled it though
You should have just gotten a bigger trailer
TSC has a lot better batteries than Walmart for only a few bucks more and they last several years not just 3/6 months 😮
I went to TSC first, but they only had 250cca batteries in stock. Personally, I haven’t noticed a difference between TSC and Walmart batteries. Certainly TSC is more expensive, but have you noticed them being that much better?
@ I’ve had hell with the Walmart batteries in my area and I usually buy 30 or more every summer
What is with the rust on the left front wheel? Otherwise excellent work Kyle. She will serve someone well. That is all one can ask. This mower is worth maybe 2500 at least
It’s just brown colored dust that is stuck to the grease I didn’t clean off all the way.
Need a diesel heater in the shed
Yeah I’d like one
how much you want for the white and where ru located
We can talk on email: Kylebythecreek@gmail.com
Thumbs Up! You do a great job working in such a cramped space! So what is the size of your workshop, 12 x 16?
Thanks! I thinks it’s 10x15
You’re familiar with Starrett measurement tools? Claret wine is pronounced the same way.
ITS IMPORTANT
in florida
Needs high gloss paint that satin looks sad.
Haha. I see what you mean. Satin finish just doesn’t pop does it?
Black been go
?
Do you know you just take the boat and put a couple nuts
Sorry. What are you referring to?

😂 Sounds like you’re starting to attract the wacko crowd. 😉😂

I know it drives people crazy. It’s just a lawn mower. I’ve never had a customer complain that my paint job didn’t look like I read the directions
Makes sense, 1/2 ass is like everything else & sell it to the next sucker.
Most flippers don’t paint it at all. I could have sold it as is- which is how I bought it. I’m not sure why people confuse my channel for one of those that does full restorations. I say it everytime, I’m a tractor flipper.

How much do you think the tractor is worth as it stands?
