Whichever airline greases the pockets of the politicians the most will get the slot.
Actually, American pulled out of the JFK - HND route once back when Haneda only allowed late evening and early morning departures and arrivals. (Delta also had daily nonstop flights between Seattle and both Narita and Haneda until it closed down the Tokyo hub in 2020)
May the highest bidder win
But your video didn't explain why Delta discontinued this route...
because that video was already made. 🤡
only true simple flying fans knew they already covered that 💪
funny enough, Canada has only one slot for HND - AC1
I think American should get it, even though I typically only fly Star Alliance, and Alaska.
😬welll if united stops narita, many people wont have international connections.
What are you talking about? Half the Tokyo connections now are self-transfers between airports
@@markcornelius5291 connections to other countries in asia (this is usually what I do to get to Vietnam)
Yeap UA should keep Narita and add service to Haneda. Maybe Monday Wednesday Friday for Haneda.
Never in my life had i ever heard anyone who speaks "Haneda" in such high emphasis lol 😂😂
United should get it!
🍿
Whichever is the least likely to overbook flights should get it. Along with offering the most competitive prices for customers
American Airlines Opening service in Thailand in 2024, Dallas to Bangkok. The plane is non-stop🇺🇲🇹🇭✈️
Mira, Junited!
Give it to American
American!
United should 💙💙💙💙

Well it's Hanèda and not Hàneda
I ❤ Star Alliance Carries United Airline and its partner ANA Airline 🎉😊
United
American. More met flights, least current frequencies, can compete with united out of new york area.
American
.
Technically United does not fly from NYC, but Newark, NJ which is not always convenient for New York or New Yorkers.
United and ANA over American and JAL for me.
United… all the way!!!
American needs to open Dallas to Beijing route again
I support the free market deciding. (I think United will win because more people want to travel to Houston)
Over New York?
give the slot to jet blue :-)
they're not flying to asia. None of their current/ future planes can make it
Behaving like 5 year olds.
Either way US carriers cannot currently fly over Russian airspace due to the War in Ukraine so both airlines would have to avoid flying through Russian airspace to get to Tokyo
Wouldn’t impact them that much, they can take routes over the pacific. It only affects Europe bound east Asia flights.
Russian airspace ban doesn't affect United States unless heading to India. USA to Asia simply fly over Alaska and Canada. USA to EU Africa or Middle East fly over Mediterranean sea.
Hopefully American because United has disgusting, cold food just like their staff.
That’s funny because those are precisely the reasons American shouldn’t get it
yes @@markcornelius5291
I think both airlines are terrible
American have the least frequencies
United
American!
