If you take a Tokyo Monorail in Tokyo Haneda Airport, the train arrives to HaMaMatsuCho Station within 20 minutes. There is a Downtown Tokyo. There are many Restaurants ans Shops. If you take a JR Yamanote Train Line like a Metro Train in HaMaMatsuCho Station, You can go to another Downtowns like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Akihabara, Tokyo Station, Ueno, Asakusa and so on within 10~30 minutes.
My internet went out RIGHT as Eric got in bed and said it was a mistake. For a second, I thought the circle spinning on my screen was you all being funny.
We ALWAYS try to beat jet lag and we fail EVERY TIME!!! So excited for you to experience the Philippines and the rest of SEA. Had to laugh at Eric's high-waters! Love you guys!!! John & Bev
We were actually looking for sleeping capsules in Vancouver airport yesterday and didn't like that we would have needed to leave the airport. The TV was for sure a nice added bonus. If it was in the airport we would have loved to score one... especially with these prices. We were however impressed with how many places there are in Canadian airports where you can actually lay across seats and lounge chairs for free. In the US it's unheard of!
Great video, those capsules are big, I wonder how the bathrooms look like. The main thing that prevents me from staying in Capsules or hostels are bathrooms and showers lol Cheers
Yes they have tall ceilings, but they definitely are not big (at least Eric’s). Bathrooms are fancier than most bathrooms we’ve seen. Unfortunately we couldn’t film a whole lot in there because of privacy reasons.
You guys are the best. Looks like you had a lot of fun in my favorite country that I've been to (spent a year in Tokyo); at least for a few hours! Good luck in Philippines!
You should visit BGC in Manila and be blown away by its elegant vibe. It's the MOST MODERN little city in the world with a kilometer long boulevard full of restaurants and no cars allowed. Also visit the elegant grand canal nearby 😊
Hi! I arrive HND at 10am on Sept 16 from SIN. My plane departs SAME day, Sept 26. What day do I book? As a comparison, those day hours aren’t included so I am forced to book 2 nights (Sept 2527)!!!!
That's pretty good for an airport accommodation, definitely looks futuristic... Hopefully it helped with the jet lag... also, did you take the spa Eric? Left us with a cliff hanger there 😂
You know about the worst thing you can do at these capsule hotels is to walk around talking while you are filming a video. I'm afraid that being in Japan is going to be a wake-up call to both of you typically self-serving vloggers.
Thankfully there was no one in the rooms around us when we filmed and we waited to film all the other sections until people left so we didn’t bother anyone :)
Would you stay in a Capsule Hotel?? We had way too much fun 😂 And yes, we checked out the bathrooms.

Whoo hooooo!😁😁 those bathrooms were so legit with all of the amenities. So happy y'all are finally in Asia!
I know right?? Nothing quite like a Japanese bathroom 🚽😂

Hahah nooo. That’s too funny. Hope you got to watch the rest!
This is hilarious! 🤣 I really want to stay in a capsule hotel just for the experience. Looking forward to your videos in the Philippines. Have fun!
Thanks!! We had a really fun time making this one haha

What an awesome video of your flights to Japan and then to the Philippines. It was a great tour of the Capsule Hotels in the Japanese airports!

I would definitely stay in a capsule hotel. Sarah, your laugh is contagious!😊
Is there any shower room that actually have separate room for every shower?
we never stayed at a capsule hotel but maybe once we need to stay at the airport over the night we'd consider it!
thanks for sharing this experience 🤩
What a fun experience! I 100% would be claustrophobic if I had to stay in Eric’s lol way too narrow for my liking 😅
It was so much fun haha and yes, it was quite a tight space. Had to sleep with my backpack by my chest so I could fit all my stuff in there.
Did u just book once u arrived?
We booked ahead but there were tons of rooms and seemed like people were booking on arrival too :)
@@EricandSarah I didn't really dnjpy tokyo so much. Too expensive

Im new here
Liked and subscribed ❤
By 11:11 of the capsule tour, neither of you have addressed the elephant in the room. Toilet? OK,I'll be patient.
Ahah well it’s not exactly the first thing we think of, but we do show the bathrooms after the room tour.
We could never do this in a US airport, there’s no cup holder to hold the 96 ounce big gulp of Mountain Dew! LOL
🙏🙏👍👍
