Repair damaged LOPPER SHEARS! DIY tool maintenance with basic hand tools!

Trying out some new style videos on homesteading, DIY repairs, blacksmithing etc this year! Giving you folks some variety on top of the fishing.
Trashed the edge on my lopping shears during a project recently. With just minimal hand tools, and a bench vise, I was able to get it back to good functioning order!
