Funny enough, I didn’t grow up watching Scooby Doo and I kind of like the show. I’m sure I’d feel differently if I had an attachment to the characters and the IP but as someone who doesn’t, the show makes me chuckle. It’s not great but it’s cute. So you’re right. The opening scene aggressively crammed so much nudity , violence, try-hard meta humour and self referential 4th wall breaking into the first damn scene , that I had to pause it and take a moment to just absorb how much stuff the show was spewing at me. And when I did , I just broke out into a fit of laughter - the show has just started and its awful already . This was really happening. This thing was gonna be a train wreck from the first minute of its run time and that just tickled me . After laughing hard for about 2 minutes, I calmed down , unpaused the episode and continued watching . No further laughs were had.
