Hello , I am from Iraq, a student in the College of Engineering, Department of Renewable Energy. This is my graduation project. I am in the final stage. Thank you for everything you have done. I hope that after my graduation I will be lucky enough to participate in your workshop and learn more about gasification devices. What I need at the moment is the same. The thing you have is a 3D model. I want to get a CAD file with which I can print a small 3D model. I hope you can help.

This is Ben Peterson's gasifier. You need to credit him and provide a link.

Ben Paterson builds good gas generators but this one needs a charcoal colom if it is to exist. with plan wood such as coppice wood as wood gas generation coppice. wood will be too damp & as the dampness in the wood fibres is worse than the real gas, We must use the two stag capacity of convection to improve the gas by sending the damp smock up the charcoal colom. the damp stemming gas will allow the oxygen in it to be bernt of enriching the gas present within & increasing the hydrogen production

@@lesthompson5907 I have this one. Ben now uses charcoal made from whatever wood. More consistent burns. Moisture no longer an issue.

It looks like you have a complete solidworks file. Any chance you would share the assembly and parts file? I have Solidworks as well.
    Regards john

Are you able to send me the files? I would even like to pay for them.
With the Russian crisis I'm interested in running my house electricy on woodgas via a generator.

well done you nearly got there. but just as I have explained many times & will still do so until you get it, yes you achieve good combustion & lots of good gas. Still, not excellent Gas once age the modern design has failed to Embrace the charcoal colom which is necessary to achieve excellent combustion, your gas generator is better built than many. Still, I see you once again fail to insert a charcoal colon after the condenser & before the filter & I see you have not achieved full conversion & a lot of unburnt smocks are Appearing at the flare which will be damp smock or wet smock. . to make good use of the wood you are burning it fibre will be fill of sap & damp. in this, the charcoal colom excels in darning off the oxygen within the smock, & separates the hydrogen within then it ready to enter the filer colom
