Good morning Ashlyn this big d from Compton the problem with the Chevy Silverado when you put the rims on there they adjusted the torsion bars and needed either a spindle lift or a levering kit your arm was hitting against the frame had the same problem

Delete all the codes. It sounds like the battery is dead. Sometimes having cables won’t help u need a fresh one. Also if the air bags went off it won’t let u start it does safety reason the fuse went of on some cars
