Put a always ticking command block /execute at @a run fill ~15~5~15 ~-15~-2~-15 air replace insertblockhere . Then just fly around and clear out your blocks

It also be really useful for people who want to make procedural generation based maps. Like an infinite backroom that has actual up and down levels you can go, As well as if you have world building tools that use commandblock in Bedrock edition or you can just use world editor for Java, setting a void world would make it a 100 times easier I feel as well.
