The execs have tunnel vision and think everyone that uses vans, is doing deliveries. What about the huge market for tradies? We need to be able to charge our battery tools and they haven't even thought about it. Also campervans and vanlifers would love this. It took them 2 years for a power train swap and almost nothing else is different. Its a pity Rivian can't make the Amazon delivery van available to general sales, they would kill this easy.
Well actually its actually very nice. You can have the rear lighting inside, spotting out. And when you open backdoor you dont smash to other people around. Didnt watch the show cuz my 2012 sprinter already has the step on pumber and I couldn't care less about the fcking headlight design.
I own a 2019 sprinter with the same basic interior. Their vents suck. The steering wheel controls are not great either.

A long wheelbase actually is always naturally better for ride quality.
