This man is quality music! Every song is jut right. My first "arena" concert was the Eagles, 73 or 74. Opening band was Boz Scaggs. None of my friends were interested, we settled mid-way back from the stage. I heard something good, went down front and boogied through the whole set! Only time I saw him, but I started buying the LP's!
My Dad introduced me to Boz Scaggs. I remember the album cover where he’s wearing the dark pink blazer. I was 10 in 1976. I grew up with the best music of the Bay Area. I never realized how much him and SRV look alike. listening to this music brings back great memories of my youth. I was thinking about it the other day that people in my age group saw some of the fastest shifts in society through technology. I literally went from being the youngest kid of 5, having to get up and adjust the TV😂 to today. The weird fact that Back to the Future has pretty much happened, no pun intended, minus the flying car and time travel. 🙄❤️
This man, smoother than silk. What's smoother than silk? That's right, Boz. Been listening to this man since early seventies. I regret I have only one life to live and listen. Thank goodness future generations will continue to discover and listen. He's been a gift to vinyl, tape, disc..... A LEGEND!!
This song is one of Boz's best ever it is sad more young people dont have a chance to hear this awesome music the sax is off the charts just draws you in and takes you incredible
Have seen him several times through the years. He is exactly as he sounds on his records. Way before AutoTune, he was on key and had great musicality. Great respect.

We saw him in Atlanta last year. He still rocks. A GREAT concert!!
All i can say is thank god I was born in '64 and EXPERIENCED real music. ...... Fantastic song and voice 🐾🐕🐶
He’s the epitome of cool.
just another wigger.
It was like had actor Steve McQueen had a Music Career.
Went to See Boz Skaggs at The Celebrity Theater in Phoenix on my 30th Bday. Still listening to him at 75 today!
You are so lucky to see this man brilliant talent and still rockin and groovin
The great Carlos Vega on drums the only one that could replace the late and great Jeff Porcaro both in the same class R.I.P Carlos and Jeff
My brother in law introduced us to Boz Scaggs, sadly he passed away two years ago aged 61 from throat cancer 😢
That Boz! He rocked back then & he still rocks!
2023 - Boz still has it!❤️💕
This man, smoother than silk. What's smoother than silk? That's right, Boz. Been listening to this man since early seventies. I regret I have only one life to live and listen. Thank goodness future generations will continue to discover and listen. He's been a gift to vinyl, tape, disc..... A LEGEND!!
The smoothest white man to ever walk the earth? Yes.
musical class. sure miss the 60's, 70's, and 80's..everything went down hell after that.
They need to bring this music back. America is missing some good music
I remember this well, it was one of my girlfriend(now wife) and I favorite songs back when it first came out - great to rediscover it here on TH-cam. I love his interactions with the other artists.....he's one great performer. I added this video to my channel's "Awesome things that interest me" folder.
WONDERFUL
I saw him at the Ryman in Nashville a week or two ago. At 75, he still sounds like he did in him prime - awesome!
Parents had this album when I was growing up ..We had all the RNB and Soft Rock..music..Peace and Love...
Mr. Scaggs is an underrated SOUL brother! Thanks for your contribution to R&B, sir!
Coolest and smoothest dude
Boz Scaggs
I want that guitar (1:00). 1976 Gibson L-5S custom. Classic tone, rare and very collectable.
Jammin' to this while working from home on an sunny day. Glad my family introduced me to great music growing up in the 80s. Kids today are missing out.
I was hoping this was the original extended version.."What do you think of gentlemen wearing mink.." But still one of the great songs from the master himself.
My ears always perked up when a Boz tune came on the radio.
God bless ya!
Whoever said it was right, today's kids don't appreciate music like this.
