- Nate Belmar and Luke Belmar have been exploding in popularity in the last year or so, and fortunate enough, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Nate for a conversation recently. We talked about his bio hacking tips, fitness goals, and how modern foods and conveniences are harming us. We filmed this at Capital Club in Spain which is his brother, Luke Belmar's, annual event for online entrepreneurs. The Capital Club Community is full of high performing individuals so make sure to get on the whitelist before Luke launches it this summer!

TLDR Summary:
🥖 Belmar emphasizes the importance of changing his diet completely and finding healthy meals that he actually enjoys, highlighting the challenge of many people being turned off by eating vegetables.
🥩 Lean meats like red beef or bison have a higher central amino acid profile compared to chicken and turkey, suggesting they may be more beneficial for overall health and fitness.
🍍 "Mitigating the glucose spike is key for weight loss, and cutting carbs gradually instead of abruptly can help your body adjust and become metabolically flexible."
🍍 Cutting out seed oils, carbohydrates, and inflammatory foods can lead to a noticeable difference in your body without even working out, just by going on frequent walks.
🥑 Cutting out carbs and incorporating higher protein and healthier fats, such as avocados, into the diet has been beneficial for overall health.
💰 The food pyramid is influenced by profit and lobbying, with the focus on foods that can be stored for long periods of time, rather than what is truly healthy.
📋 Having the right mindset is essential for achieving an abundant life, as it forms the foundation for success in fitness and biohacking.
Thanks man, I like the little emojis to make the notes look that much more awesome.
thanxs man 😎
Nate's a W, he should do more podcasts since I don't see him often
agreed, he's a super chill dude and i'm very grateful he decided to sit down with me since he pretty much never does for other people
Seriously
We have the same profile
💯
what’s a “w”
Separating food:
Encimes digest food, different encimes need different ph level in the stomack.
Separate food to have a fenominal digestion.
Start small. Everyone knows what to do and not to do. Be conscious of your decisions. Thank you for the podcast. See you in the Capital Club when it's open
of course, the foundations are important
Don't drink Tap water OR Bottled water - Both are bad for you! Using a Reverse Osmosis filter with minerals added after is the best system!

Tht beat hard
So true. I'm eating once a day and healthy (been researching for almost a decade now). Even though I'm currebtly physically inactive, I still look better than 95% of the people I see when I go outside to buy some groceries. If I would start to get active again I would look shredded as fuck. But I have to add that I started getting into sports early and am naturally athletic that helps a lot.
what do you drink bro?
uhmm also what do you think about drinking boiled tap water for the tap that doesn't has filtered system?
and drinking bottle mineral water for everyday is healthy?
@@yokoso2386 I only drink water and tea. That's it. My parents never bought cola or fanta or ice tea when I was a kid so I'm not interested in those soft drinks.
Regarding tap water: I live in Austria (Europe) we have very good tap water here. I don't know where you live but I'd go for filtered tap water. If I could choose I would go for filtered for sure
@@TheTruthhasbeenspoken ouh okay, what kind of water do you drink?, yeah that is kind of soft drinks doesnt get instereted
i live in indonesia, for the tap water it has to boiled as it not reccommended to drink tap water directly because it no has systems filter maybe as in USA
my parents said that drinking bottle mineral water for everyday is not good as it has some of preservative, i dont know if that bottle mineral water is a spring water or purified water or distilled water as it has no info on the google, but it said it comes from mountain waater
@@yokoso2386 in that case I would buy mineral water from a market. But don't buy water bottles with no label on them. Could contain anything (bad).
Eat less and move more is a scam

BIG BOSSING!!!!! 💪 💯 🔥 LET’S GOOOOO!! #ceonetwork #bigbossing
🔥🔥🔥
This was too short… need more interviews from Nate
That’s why a stay at home wife, and OR mom, who loves her family and cooks amazing, healthy food (especially home grown) is the most important job she could ever have. It is priority. I never used teflon (didn’t seem safe to me) only use cast iron, glass or stainless steel, and I wouldn’t own a microwave!
W for Nate. He is a G ❤
💪
00:04 Biohacking is reverse engineering your body to optimize health.
02:29 Avoid microwaving food in plastic containers
04:51 Taking care of your health is important for productivity and growth.
07:01 Chicken and turkey may not be the healthiest lean meats due to lower amino acid profile compared to red meat.
09:35 Apple cider vinegar can help mitigate glucose spikes and aging.
12:13 Overweight people flying on spaceships to Mars and the rise of type 2 diabetes due to unhealthy food
14:30 Luke takes care of the financial side while you take care of the health side.
16:52 Fitness, biohacking, and mindset are key to an abundant life.
Nate and Luke sound the same lol so much freakin knowledge
sensei nate haha
Super simple plan I’ve been following, with great results
- cold black coffee till noon
- 1lb air fryed chicken w/ 1/2 cup cheese and low cal bbq sauce
- protein shake at 4 after gym
- chipotle burrito at 6
- fast on Sundays
- no carb Wednesdays (Tuesday is movie with popcorn got that regal crown card yesssur)
- walk my dog after every meal and before bed
- vitamin D, mag, zinc
- 1/2 gallon of water a day 1 gallon makes me pee way too much
It’s been super easy to follow and dropping weight 3 pounds a week. I only lost 2 pounds this week so I’ll be adding in a 1 mile run 5 days a week.
* Saturday’s I drink and Tuesday I replace my chicken meal with movie snacks
Chicken is peasant food
the nutrition subject is very interesting, i to have a struggle with carbs i am not overweight but more a little underweight i have been most of my life. I am new to your channel but if you don't have video about what is a better diet or how to cut carbs and what to replace them with can you please make one maybe with a guest who has alot of knowledge about it?
if you want to cut carbs more, replace them with more healthier fats
bro forgot to add contrast to the footage
correct
Gotta fix that mic up so we can hear both people talking at the same time
so if i want to lean bulk should i be eating carbs or no, if i keep carbs do i just cut out simple carbs?
when does p2 come out?
🤷♂️
As soon as I cut out chick fil a and soda entirely I felt sooo much better
same here
👽
i heard your laugh and remembered that video where you were teaching site building on GHL and that picture of mr incredible came up🤣
u a real one lmao
Apple cider I always give it a go
And it just irritates my Bladder unfortunately
i have the opposite problem to you i dont have any problems eating natural food but when i comes to unnatrual foods i have sometimes problems but i rarely eat something really unhealthy but thats something i could change
FINALLY NATE
📈
Video seems very dark, anyone else having the same problem? W video btw
yes i forgot to add contrast but thank you
I actually stopped drinking tap water like 4 weeks ago by accident. Delivery came with 6 bottles of 2 liters of water for free with our groceries. Now I know what a life without brain fog is like. I've been living abroad for a few years, so I didnt know any better how bad this country tap water was for my own health even though it has great remarks (EU country btw). The water is literally HORRIBLE. I'll never go back to drinking tap water. No way.
Great podcast, just a bit hard to watch because of how dark the video is. Any way to bring it back up to normal brightness for future pods?
yessir
My microwave broke months ago. I started warming up my meal prep with a pan, it only takes like 10 minutes to warm up.😇
And it’s better for your health
who’s commenting their dialogue on the back? someone just needed to put their 5 cents in that conversation 🤦🏼♂️
Couple questions that were asked and not answer, that last one was pretty looking forward knowing his schedule on fast but nooooope ggs
What is your take on TRT?
So about the apple cider vinigar, how many times should i take it and how much every single time like a glass or ?
up to u, once a day in the morning
what about drinking boiled tap water for the tap that doesn't has filtered system?
and drinking bottle mineral water for everyday is healthy?
Bottled water should be better than tap
Note Belmar G on the come up
Dang I never thought of the oven, so simple
What do you eat now? only stake and vegy? Or do you cook something out it
meal prep lean meats and rice typically. also eat out a good amount which i’m trying to reduce
Can someone explain what zapping is? Bro biohacker his vocabulary too
The healthiest is a plant-based approach. A complete lifestyle change. So much goes into it. Once you know you know 🌱
Nah you dont know anything. Vegans are wrong. Eating meat is normal becaue ALL animals eat other animals.
God is good Amen 🙏
W Podcast
thank you G
Im curious, is using an air fryer also bad?
So your telling me i have to eat all of my carbs first and then the protein. That would make so many meals very different
Intro beat id?
Apple Cider Vinegar EVERYDAY!
If you drag shadows down to 0 and highlights up to 100 the video will look quite a bit better.
thanks
Nate for President
😂😂
Watching this as I microwave my chicken 😁
Beat produced by storm
Bro, you need to work on the color grading of your clips, it is too dull
ik lmao. didn’t realize it till after several people told me
i hear you should drink apple cider vinegar in the morning, can i drink appl cider vinegar on a fast? (before or after my black coffee?)
would love some input and advice, thanks
u can drink it on a fast
Who is that speaking in back? They kept cutting in the interview.
He sounds like Sebastian gheourghiu
Should’ve been more
maybe next time 👀
🔥❤️🙏
This info is super basic! How about Methylene Blue?
I cook on a cast iron on the woodstove.
awesome
Let me color grade ur videos
Why light so low ?
forgot to add brightness and contrast
Only way to truly be the healthiest is to grow your own food or buy local farm grown, but not everyone has that luxury 😢
true or just shop from local farms/ shops to avoid most preservatives
