In 2024 there’s no excuse to not have familial DNA done and to have this done. Period. I also think the killer has a son. Possibly close to the same age as the son in the second abduction. That’s why they lived.

The big SUVs. A lonely woman killed and another one with a daughter killed. A woman with a son let free. The perpetrator has a deep hatred against women but only against those who represent wealthy women (an SUV being a symbol of success and being well-off); he was able to be better related emotionally to the Jane Doe with a son, so probably he had a loving relationship with his own mother, who in turn probably had a lower income. Jane Doe and her son were spared because the perpetrator did not want to break the loving bond between them. In his eyes, the boy reminded of himself.

Unfortunately, somebody out there knowing something isn’t always the case, especially with serial killers. They’re almost never caught because someone came forward who knew or suspected, unless a pretty accurate composite was recognized. Bundy, Gacy, Rader, D’Angelo, Ridgway, Ramirez never told a soul or even hinted at what they were doing. With the exception of Ridgway, none of them even had any friends, and only Bundy was reported because of a sketch. I pray that one day this monster is caught and hopefully while the victims’ family members are still alive so they can see justice served.

Just when does a "good acquaintance" change into being a "friend?" I agree you may be right regarding Gacy, but I am asking this as a general question. Maybe you have someone you bowl with, and you have fun doing that, but is that bowling buddy a "friend," when all you ever do is bowl? See what I mean? Most men associate around activities. Drinking, bowling, golf, fishing, etc..etc... But if it does not extend beyond that, is that really a friend?

So many questions for investigators to answer on this one. It could be someone who has continued committing crimes, maybe in another state, and maybe even with a different M.O.
The detail about Jane Doe's account being low on funds but she was surprised that the $200 withdrawal went through (and then again twice more) is interesting. What was that about?
And if the perpetrator is the same in all 3 cases, why did he kill the 1st victim, let the 2nd and her child live, and then kill the 3rd and her child? Does the 2nd child being a boy have any relevance? And 2 different victims were female with boys' names. It'd be interesting to know if Jane Doe had a male name or if that's all just a coincidence.

I was a barista at Teavana at Town Center when this happened.... we walked to our cars in groups for a while. About 6 months later a couple guys were pulled over for being suspicious. They had guns and clown masks chillin in their trunk. It fel surreal.

I believe the SK is a Hispanic male (the sketch description and the area), average height (the reason why he is using a gun) he physically can't control a female. He was going thru a divorce and turned into hate towards females, now he is married with a family or in church like the BTK. He is still in the area.

If money was not the primary motive and they were not sexually assaulted, do the police have any possible motive other than a "control" issue. A it extreme just to exact control over someone.

There’s no doubt the killer has continued killing, but in a more low profile way. He’s out there doing his thing and not every murder ends up on the news..
It’s a shame how some family members get stuck in the past I mean it is so traumatizing it’s scars the mind and heart. It’s like a recording that keeps playing over and over again.

This is horrifying, im not shocked by much but this is truly the stuff of nightmares!
I cant even try to imagine the terror the poor Mother & child must have suffered, both for each other as well as for themselves, & then this Demon actually killed them after putting them through such an ordeal & getting what he asked for.
I feel this vicious killer knew his wealthy hunting ground & that he moved on. He either had a temporary problem & his family took control of it or was sent away. Id look at rehab & mental health facilities for admissions around that time.

It doesn't seem like the local police dept is not really in that big of a hurry for solving these cases.
Lastly, not one individual in these interviews gave the public, and us the viewers, anything other than a 17 yr old sketch of a white male with sunglasses on with a safari looking hat on.
There are alot of shady characters, that are both directly and also indirectly placing suspicion especially with alot of unanswered questions involving people who should have had the training needed to spot an individual who looks out of place especially when it all abruptly ends with 2 women, and a 10 yr old girl are dead, all the while a woman and her infant/toddler son are left in the parking lot alive and unscathed. Pretty ironic.

The common denominator is the mall. Simon Realty. Could it be with a vendetta against the property owner. Just a guess. All were women, who else shops at the mall. The theory that the man has a child the same age as Jane Does’s son, spot on. So, a young man with a son with an issue with Simon Realty. Worth a look!

I'm a big 48hours, medical detectives and all that genre fan, I've watched your show for the first time.
I'm sorry to say it straight away, but this episode started good but turned bad very fast. 70% of the video is just sounds, sirens and flashing images and silence. Every 5min a flashbacks from 5min ago, informations about the killer and the victims, i mean in that situations, are more or less non existent.
I hope it is just this episode, because I love crime shows 😅

There's another show that does this only worse. Have you ever watched "I Survived". Its format is the worst!...three intermittent stories going on in the same half hour with repeated flashbacks. But the worst part is the absence of a narrator at critical points where you have to have your eyeballs peeled to the screen at all times to read the captions or else you'll miss a crucial detail. I love CourtTV but I've boycotted that show.
