Yup, she is by far the most passionately defensive attorney I've ever seen after having watched probably hundreds of these stories. Particularly when she reduced Becky's clear expressions of fear to friends as family as "a lot of girl talk". It's one thing to say "there is no evidence to substantiate that, no evidence he ever physically harmed her in any way"...that's what I would expect from an attorney. To minimize it as "a lot of girl talk" is very unprofessional and the kind of the thing you'd expect from a friend or family member of him, not an attorney.

⚠️ I just watched the 20/20 report of this case. I think his attorney read all the comments and took them to heart - she REALLY took everything down several notches. The eyes were not widened to the size of dinner plates, the rate of speech was slowed down, the voice was lower and overall, she interviewed at about 67% less Lucifer. Huge improvement.

As I listened to how she would mention any hypothetical doubt gave me the feeling she knew he was guilty and possibly had personal feelings for him

The eyes were not widened to the size of dinner plates, the rate of speech was slowed down, the voice was lower and overall, she interviewed at about 67% less Lucifer. Huge improvement.

It's POSSIBLE that a woman divorcing a controlling spouse was murdered on the eve of her divorce by a bike-riding stranger using a 9mm pistol just like the one that she gave her husband that he denied possessing, and that he happened to buy a bike using a fake Facebook account, but I'm not sure that "possible" is the same as "reasonable doubt."
I believe he is 100% guilty and I wouldn’t be at all surprised if we found out he was sleeping with his attorney.

With this crime, I’m so glad this guy is in prison without the possibility of parole. The way he planned it out and the rage behind shooting someone 14 times! And the mother of his children. He cared more about winning and would do anything to get his way. So sad.
Yes I believe that was a tell a tale sign. No random break in is going to shoot someone 14 times!! The only person that going to shoot 14 times is someone that really hates that person someone who wants revenge. That was her soon to be ex husband!!

Fourteen shots suggest a crime of passion-no burglary gone wrong would involve so many shots. Burglars typically shoot to escape, not to go overkill like this. And as for the DNA, the defense lawyer said could it belong to any of the boys. Is she implying that she scratched one of them? 🤦
You see the narcissist cry about himself in prison. Not cry for the beautiful woman mom of his children. Not cry for his children & the trauma inflicted on them. But just for himself. His attorney was arrogant, unlikeable & made poor decisions off the strength of her arrogance. He filed for divorce thinking that would "break" his wife. Yea she wanted to make it work BUT accepted it & was trying to move on. He did not want her to move on really... He was jealous she was independent & happy without him.
