Use a Audi secondy pump there is a factory 90 alloy pipe beside where you put the big pipe from the water tank weld a small pipe onto your tank and it helps move water faster but not to fast

Tap vs socket.. bluepoint do a twin pack that adjusts to various size taps and fit a 3/8 ratchet or impactor😂
Love the bolt fix try a smaller drill to make the thread tighter

Technically, you use (for M12x1.75) a 10.3mm drill for alloy and 10.8mm for steel. I guess you just wailed it out / drilled it on the p155 and that’s what happened ?😂

Make sure you use the correct size drill for the Tap you are using, for Metric threads you can do the Tap size minus the pitch, so in your case 12 - 1.75 = 10.25 You can round it down to 10.2mm Also put a bit of oil on the Tap, it makes a massive difference and wind the Tap in a turn and then back off half a turn, keep repeating that for the perfect thread. That's the longest message I've typed in years 😂
I just used a 10mm drill bit on the piss and hammered the tap home at full sleep I guess that’s where I went wrong 😂

How does the 1600 Astra engine match up compared to guys using 2L/1800 in the national bangers, are they competitive enough?
