can you make a video on how you set up your amp and distortion~ that would really help alot of people ((including me)) there are loads of people wondering how you get your guitar to sound like that~ James
the best way 2010 is to take 2 chords{subgroup) and practice moving the fretting hand from one chords to the next..its tedious but not too bad..in time u will be able to do it with your eyes shut,in the dark,walking backwards thru a snowstorm;)

I have found that everything can be played much closer together. Try the intro and verse parts on the 2 last strings (a3 and d5). Also, instead of going all the way up to 8 (on the Low C)for the end of the riffs, you can play the chords on the Gc and F (remember, its tuned CGcFAD) G1, c3 and F3, then move the shape down one semi tone. Much easier, and closer together.
Shawn Leduc there is often 2 or 3 OTHER ways to play a riff-but the guitarist,depending on what kind of tone-sound-feel he wants,sometimes opts for a harder way...either way-if the notes are correct u should be fine.KEEP ROCKIN'
I'm a beginning guitar player (I've only been doing electric for about 3 weeks) and I don't know how to palm mute. Are there any other videos or tips that I could use for palm muting?
