Oooooohhhh yooooooo this looks amazing 🤩 and awesome 🤩 I’m been getting into the kwazulu-natal and South African railways in general esp their narrow gauge locomotives (mainly for my takes on NG Nia Kobe and kwaku) and the websites and articles I’ve read, I adore how big and open the layers showcase, I really liked it ❤
Wow, our first African route. I'm legitimately shocked that this route exists. Even without my bias towards North American routes, I'd have loved to see an African route in the steam era complete with branches and some decent African steam locomotives to boot. Now, do I think this route could be better? Certainly. I'd love to see someone make an African route that pops and screams beauty while not being a labor hog. Or, someone make an African route with two versions: A high poly version for people who can run higher detailed routes with more eye popping scenery and a low poly version that doesn't skimp on quality, but, takes less polygons to render as you move along. Not so low that they look like trash, but, just enough to still look good, while not making your PC scream foul.
I think the developer for this route did make msts stuff so that might explain the texturing and models. But amn i remember gettimg this route back then and was immediately disappointed.
Exelant video Its a shame these maps and locomotives ain't that good I volunteer at the railway just after pietermaritzburg at inchanga station Im curious on why they didn't add that part of the line Because that line is quite challenging If i had the ability to code i would make a freeware 19D Or at least make a different model for the 24 The piping on that thing is wacky in the game
Its a good looking route. Especially since we dont have any routes in Africa in tsw (watching this at release though at 3 am but who cares)
2:08pm for me.
