    Great video!
    I wanted to share that IFTTT (If This Then That) now integrates with trello. With the time trigger you can set a card to "repeat" at any given time or when another trigger takes place. This saves my power up for that board because I use the free version as well.

      Great shout Landon. IFTTT with Trello will be great! :-)

      I love the "Comment Editor by AJ" Power-up, which is a full-screen WYSIWYG comment editor! So useful, especially since markdown can be a little annoying, sometimes, and a fully-featured editor is a nice addition to Trello cards.

    Can you put status bars in trello to show the status of the card? Like percentage of completion?

  • @shibgamedia8600
    @shibgamedia8600 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hello I've been using Trello for a few years and one of the big issues we are having is that as we are growing, it is hard to keep track what tasks a team member is doing day-to-day. The way we assigned tasks is that there are boards which we are doing work for each of our digital marketing clients, and in those boards there are many cards and we tag the team member in a particular card to do the task. But with enough clien's being worked on at the same time, we don't know what that team member is doing today versus tomorrow vs next week? to solve this we created a board particularly for the team member where they will write down what they are doing in 1 board (So it's a board to manage the tasks they are doing another boards) but this is also getting a little blue confusing and I wanted to know if there's an easier way to solve this issue by possibly have a card copy to the team members whenever they are assigned to the task?

    • @toolfinderhq
      @toolfinderhq  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks - glad you enjoyed it! Scott made an awesome video. Try using filtering functions: help.trello.com/article/787-filtering-cards-on-a-board - they help to sort items.
      Happy to help further.

    Is there anyway I can manage word documents in trello and a visualization from the first page on display. And can I also couple it with a Revision Control system so if I change anything I can just open it directly from Trello?

    • @Simpletivity
      @Simpletivity 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question, Aliana. You won't be able to see the document as an image within Trello. But you can connect your OneDrive account (or other accounts such as Drive or Dropbox) directly to Trello so that you can immidiatley access it from a card.

    When i drag and drop a URL the image dont come with it? Is there another way?

    • @Simpletivity
      @Simpletivity 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Having the image appear in Trello is really dependent on the particular web page you're bringing in via URL. For example, most blog posts identify a key image which will then be brought into Trello. However, if a web page isn't formatted properly, this might not occur.

    is it possible that the url thing doesn't work with safari?

    • @Simpletivity
      @Simpletivity 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      The URL tip should work in all browsers. Just keep in mind that an image will only be brought into Trello if the particular page has set up their images to be used as a thumbnail.

    • @JosephineDeSmet
      @JosephineDeSmet 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Simpletivity I mean it works, but when you drag to another tab on your browser, it doesn't open the tab...

    • @Simpletivity
      @Simpletivity 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      With Safari, you may need to have 2 separate browser windows open to do this instead of dragging into a different tab in the same browser. I hope that helps!

    ugh - how do you stop card repeater?

    • @Simpletivity
      @Simpletivity 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Great question, Kimberly. Archiving the card will not stop it from repeating. Only deleting a card, moving it to another board, or canceling the repeat on the original card will stop it from repeating. To do this, just select the 'Next Repeat' link in the card. Hope that helps!
