    Love Trello for my office. Love how yours is esthetically pleasing! Somehow mine automatically use social media icons as covers when I email from our look to my board! The obnoxious colors drive me CRAZY!!!!!

    Hi Kim, I just found you and have fallen in love with you! Lol...I use Trello and am still learning how to use it as a project management tool and have done a lot of learning around this but feel like I need more and am still always looking on how to improve my usage of it. I've gone through your beginners playlist and found some really useful information. I don't see anything on automation. Do you use this on your boards? Not power ups but actual rules to set up in Butler. Instead of moving cards manually by hand your self, you can create a rule to move it automatically. For example, when you've completed an action on a card, you put a label "done" and it will move it to the "done" list and can even archive the card. It would be great to know if you use automation and maybe you could share more about this in your next episode. Look forward to going through your channel and seeing what else you talk about, so far, great content. Thank you! 💗

      Hey there! In the board menu, click 'More' > 'Settings'. And then select, "Allow Workspace members to join." I hope that helps!😊👍

    How can we use calendar on the top of all boards to manage all tasks of all projects at once not only a certain board

    • @73cidalia
      @73cidalia ปีที่แล้ว

      There’s no good way to do that in Trello without adding subscription power-ups like Teamup or Planyway. For that, Asana or ClickUp are much better (Asana is easier to get started with. ClickUp has more features).

    This is a great video Kimberly! I just have a question though. I'm working in the Real Estate Industry and spend most of the time working in my Trello board. I have a bunch of leads / Cards that I work on and I have created a few automations integrated with placker mirroring cards power up on my board. My board serves as the database of all leads and Everytime I forwarded a card of a specific lead to our Account Executives the card will be moved to their board and a mirrored copy of the card will be created in my board in one of my list which is "Sent to AE leads/Cards" Now my question is, I need to follow-up with our account executives regarding each leads progress, Is there a way to move this cards automatically on my list to my leads to do list in my board ( not including the cards I sent, only the cards on my list.) when its due for follow-up? Than dragging it one by one and checking its due dates? Thanks!
