Lmaooo 😆🤣😭😭 It’s good to see that you’re doing well and good and I’m with you on the simple life part. 💯 I am so over the city life!🥴 That’s one of my biggest goals is to head south.🙏🏽 and listen up…..stay away from the goshdang half dead branches sir!! 😂 even tho it’s actually a beautiful mistake.

I used to just call it 'Theo' after the guy who gave it to me. Happy to know its real name 🙂 So good luck with your move to Georgia (I've actually been there & I'm from Oz) Don't stay away too long..I miss all the plant info. BTW I'd take your Anthuriums out of the clay pots..they will love u for it 😊
Thank you! Clay pots was an experiment after someone suggested my Anthuriums were over watered. I realize they just hate heat. 78f is their limit indoors for me.
Being closer to family is always a blessing!!!! That Hoya Australis set up looks really good!!! If that trellis/tree is a succulent, then can’t you trim the branches like you would a Jade or Bonsai?? I’d do that if you can…..having it grow leaves & bloom adds to the set up!!! 😎😎😎😎🪴🪴🪴🪴

What up Dave. That Hoya tree trellis set up is FIRE! I moved from Los Angeles 8 years ago to North Carolina for a big job promotion. Best decision I ever made. Left all of my family back in California. I miss them but not living California.

Welcome back and congrats on the upcoming move! I have a dark AOS x pap too and I totally agree! It has such a cool sheen and texture that my camera can't pick up. My last leaf is just a little bigger than yours and it's started to get more pebbled. I'm in love! So glad you're loving it too!

New subscriber here from Rootwata's channel. Anthurium like moist soil maybe you need to take it out of that clay pot and put in a plastic pot to hold in moisture just a suggestion. Your plants are beautiful ❤ That's very nice to live a mire simpler life and to take care of your mother. Have a safe trip to your new home 🏡
Ah Thank you for the sub. I completely understand, I normally use plastic for Anthurium indoors. Switched them to clay so that I can put them in that very humid greenhouse this Spring. Appreciate your support and tuning in!

Before you sell, please meet with your financial advisor and tax professional. You need to understand the tax implications of selling rental properties. I’m not saying you don’t know already, but many people sell, make money, but then taxes hit them hard. Ask about 1031 exchange. Also, make sure ALL renovations and upgrades and repairs are accurately documented. Best wishes with your move. Looking forward to seeing your new home
