- Hey everyone, in this video I will be making authentic West African food. When I was a kid, this was my favourite meal to eat during lunch after school. I hope you guys enjoy watching and enjoy creating this delicious meal :)

So so satisfying to watch. I love the traditional kitchen setting, I love the simple and traditional utensils used, I love the garden, the calm music playing at the background. It's good to know you set up such a beautiful local kitchen in the US too. Africa is indeed blessed with beautiful delicacies. Never knew cassava can be prepared and eaten this way.
