This makes me happy! I'm just 20 minutes north of Bowling Green and after seeing some if these Schumacher homes I know where I'm going when I'm ready to build my own home.

Beautiful home. Love the setup. I agree with using the basement for partial storage. The rest as combination family/gameroom with possible small gym. Maybe an area for home office. Maintaining as much of an open concept as possible. Enjoyed it a lot!
Nice home! I love houses that have a pantry! I loved the large basement. Great for storage and extra room for my husband's shop and a nice sewing area. I loved the large windows!! I don't like the accent walls. They look like garage doors to me. But I know those can easily be changed. I also would like a bigger front porch. Sometimes its nice to sit and watch the traffic go by. And I don't understand why so many of these homes have side by side refrigerators! Do people actually like those things? I've hated every single one I've ever had. So that would be changed!! Simple changes but a nice home overall.
Nice home, not my favorite but nice enough.I like how the bedrooms off the living room are done kinda in a private wing hallways. Still wish this came with the laundry room on other side like in one other of their models so where this pantry was would be laundry and pantry off of mud room and garage access. Thats better for bringing in groceries and unloading too plus you don't have laundry being carried through and past parts of your kitchen. I'm missing a fireplace and definite would add it if I bought this model. The master & ensuite are nice too
What a gorgeous home. It’s so classy. Love the interior of this home. Well designed something for everybody in the family. This is a perfect home. The furnishings are perfect for this home. Love the little pops of color in the rooms!

Love this home. The basement is HUGE. I would probably use it for 1/4 storage, and the rest game room or home theater. My real problem would be figuring out what to do with the entry flex room. But I am even more perplexed about something. Is there an attic or is that pitched roof and dormer just facades?
You do such a smooth job Timothy, I thank you for not making me dizzy. I surely would want that basement finished, but I don’t know if they have basements in northeast Texas. But if I did have it I would have a home cinema room and I think I’d like to have a room just for creating a model railway fully landscaped with buildings and mountains and trees. I’d have a showcase room man cave where I could display all my 1/6 scale action figures and have some couches and beer fridge and hobby table to work on my projects.

Until you find the home of your dreams Tim you should get an RV in Elkhart Indiana is the RV headquarters for the United States my husband work to make doors for them
@@cindyhardy3396 I grew up there and got married there and had babies there so I know that the not only the RVs but Sherlock Holmes , you know think he should go see some of their homes. 😊 Also Shipshewana to visit there because I think he would have fun with the family. Great to meet another Elkhart resident.

We are getting ready to build we are looking for a home with lots of windows and large rooms also an office love this floorplan but there’s a few things that I would change
I love the stone but I don't like the stone entryway that much. I like a big area and a nice-looking area along with Landscaping this particular home is a typical Johnson County Kansas home
I'm like you Timothy, the decorations/staging in Schumacher homes are always awesome 👌. Some the houses are nice, but the decorations, not so much. I haven't seen a Schumacher home yet that I didn't love.
It was awesome….Til you got to the master bath. 2 closets IN the bathroom but no toilet closet. Fail. Everything else I loved. That was a deal breaker. If one person is using the toilet the other has to wait to get dressed. That wouldn’t work on Sunday mornings in my house. Lol. Idunno. Maybe there are a lot of people who don’t mind doing this => 💩 in front of their spouse. I don’t know ANY but it seems the builder and his wife are 2 of them. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
OK, why do you open the dishwasher? I know what a dishwasher looks like. You did not open the linen closet nor the coat closet. I can't see what those look like at my local Home Depot!
The DESIGNS may be impressive...but unless you want to live in a dollhouse, I'm not sure that Schumacher is the is the way to go. After all, all you have to do is go to the Schumacher Homes Victims channel on YT and....well, what you see in the models isn't the quality you'd get once the home is built. Sorry Tim (seriously sorry because you put a lot of work into your tours) but all homes are a huge investment and the situation with Schumacher Homes IS what it is.
Hey, I love watching your Videos but you spend more time on the outside of the home than you do the inside & you have started moving too fast with the camera, turning too fast & going around in a circle too fast especially while looking up Slow down & please take your time inside, this inside tour seemed very rushed. But thanks for your tours just please slow down. 😊👏🏼👍🏻

Super plan. Love a side load garage, makes the front of the house much more appealing (not always possible with diminishing lot sizes).

Beautiful home but i find it alarming that there is no outside door in the basement in case of fire or emergencey.

The garage is usually set up as an office with building samples so is off limits for videos.
