I really like, that you are so open minded and down to earth and your interview partners usually are too. Like Gillian Berry, it is a breath of fresh air in a world of a lot of strong opinions 👍
@@Glory_in_Christ_forever Awwww thank you so much!!! I love doing these interviews so much!!! I love that I can share so much goodness and hope with the world!!! Sending you so much love ❤️❤️❤️❤️
It might sound selfish, but probably this is one of my favorite podcasts, I've listened to a lot of them, and mostly, people are dancing around the same stuff: "what you eat through a day." Making this one, I feel like- those guys did their best to make this episode alive! I'm used to saying, "Listen to yourself"- this time, it's not a figurative reading this episode, I literally listened to myself) haha, Great job!
I loved hearing your story Skye. I needed to hear this today. I was raw vegan to heal and I’ve slipped back to more cooked, even gluten and how this has been a trigger for other foods. I went a Restaurant called Tofu Vegan in London and it was lovely but there was almost no veggies and all cooked. I rarely eat out. I also started making a raw vegan burger and a gluten bun in the last month. Slippery slope. I’m aching and tired and waking sometimes. I’m going to pull back. I’m so dehyrated again which affects my energy and I got a painful spot on my calf. Never before. I hate the loss of energy. I cured my eczema with raw and cooked sweat potato and squash.
@@jenniferrbh8252 I feel you on the low energy if we do not eat raw!!! When I have to many nuts and seeds or dried foods I feel pain come back. I feel we go backwards to remind us why we do raw!!!! You have got this !!! I know you will feel good again soon!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love how deep you get here. The shadow work and concept of being “in the matrix” are so important. Even before going raw these things occupied my mind. On raw it’s 10x more intense and I find myself in a pretty long period of introspection.
@@BeautifulBiomes Yesss!!! You go raw and the entire world looks different. If you are not ready for that you will not go raw. Everything that had been a lie in your life (including people) will have to fall away!!! This is where you need strength ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Did this woman assert that cooked sweet potato and quinoa is raw because she was an alcoholic last week? I'm learning valuable tips from this discussion.
@@nzreggae2534 I was an alcoholic for 8 months have being sick for 32 years. You can eat both quinoa and sweet potato raw- soooo glad you learnt something here 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻 I was worried you were not learning 🤣
@@nzreggae2534 I am actually crying with laughter 🤣 I love that you found my page and you finally learnt. Sending you the biggest 🤗. Do you have a channel where you spend your free time sharing your survival and others with the world?
Why would you feel bad eating bananas? You offer no explanation. This woman says there is a disconnect with people thinking vegan is expensive. She asserts food is free. Then explains she buys all her food but it is possible to grow your own. This is terrible communication. Is this some sort of self righteous contrived passive aggressive point scoring.
@@nzreggae2534 I am I wrong that it is free? If I feel bad eating bananas I can feel that. Oh I was in a bed for 25 years, have 7 missing organs, had 60 surgeries and should be dead. So sad that you have not watched any other videos I have made
