Testament + Kreator + Anthrax next month in Paris. Gonna be fun. Too bad Testament isn't headlining though... They're just the "appetizer", aka the opening band. Also, in a different genre, but legendary nonetheless : Obituary the previous day.
@@Soily9 Yes, I'm happy to see Testament headline in the Bay Area. I saw Exodus open for Anthrax in Oakland and their audio was dumbed down despite the rowdy crowd. They are headlining here next month as well!
I'm glad that all these album streams are finding a place on the official channel. Even though, in this case, I prefer the original versions of the songs.
i think life is but a dream albm by a7x colliding with testaments new album ,my personal opinion is ,both albums are a clear message for humanity on what the evil side is about to do with you the none chosen and those in sin ,prepare to understand that music is not just music ,its a warning ,reward or even something to think about
Wrong chuck Billy is from the Pomo native American tribe of norther California and has stated he believes in God and does not follow Satanist worshippers.
@@South3West77 Chuck is a spiritual deist, he doesn't go to any church or follow any religions, he worships nature and Mother Earth like the indigenous did before Christians forced their religion on native Americans. He was traumatized by his mother's fanatical Evangelicalism, she would throw holy water on him saying he was cursed or possessed and needed to be exorcised.
@@South3West77 This is from a Feb. 6, 2012 interview from The Aquarian: Andrew Magnotta : "How do you describe your spirituality or religion? Chuck: "Well, I was raised Catholic. My mother was very religious. I went to church and did Catechism when I was younger. And then I just stopped going. I don’t know if it’s-I guess I believe in right and wrong, there’s a good and bad, and a righteous person is the way to be. I don’t know about the beliefs that I was raised on. I believe in God and a Devil, but I’m not sold that ‘give everything up and you’re going to be saved and live forever,’ to me that’s… I don’t know. I don’t know if there is an afterlife." Andrew: "When you stopped going to church, was that before or after you discovered heavy metal?" Chuck: "It was before. Once I moved out and was on my own, the only time I went to church was for a wedding or a funeral. We were there every Sunday and holiday. My mom went to church every day of her life. That’s what she believed. I respect that-I respect anyone’s beliefs. Growing up and I guess learning and understanding other religions and other beliefs, I don’t know if you just need something to believe in like that to give you hope that this isn’t just it, but there’s nothing backing where you go or what happens in the afterlife. Where do you go? It’s just a little different. I don’t follow that and preach it. I just believe being a good person and a righteous person is the way to go." Andrew: "Were you at all attracted to that heavy metal treatment of religion when you started listening to it?" Chuck: "I don’t know why [religion] has to be treated that way. If you’re in a heavy metal band, you have to believe in Satan or worship Satan? I don’t think that’s true so much. Like I said, my mom was very religious and she’s seen the name of our band and the skull and pentagram… but she also knew that that’s not what I followed and preached-it was just part of the act, I guess."
@@South3West77 He's a deist, his version of a god and devil aren't the same as Yaweh, Elohim, Allah, El Shaddai or Jehovah, Satan, Lucifer etc., it's been influenced by his mother's beliefs and childhood experiences. His version of a "god" and "satan" are as he said, doing good and doing bad, which is closer to Buddhism and Tao philosophy than a gnostic belief in a Creator, it's more like "Higher Power", which in his case is Mother Nature, not a deity that he sees as a bearded man on a throne. He also stated that he's not sure about an afterlife, which means he's an agnostic deist, that's closer to atheism than any Abrahamic faith.
Masterful re-touch of the classics
LOVE this re-recording of the classic tracks, especially the Zetro "Legacy" songs. Seeing Testament and Kreator in SF this Sunday can't wait!
Lucky you enjoy seeing them live in concert
