You are correct! When we test stretch for our website, we always test a lengthwise and side-to-side fold. We also provide the stretch % as a guideline and recommend everyone do their own stretch test prior to cutting out a pattern as everyone's degree of pull is different.
I like wearing a bit of a skirt or wraparound for modesty when swimming, but I don't like how the fabric clings when I get out of the pool. Would a medium or heavy neoprene hold its shape and resist clinging? Because that would be AMAZING!
@@mangoitaliano1757 Thank you so much! I was thinking of making something that looks like a cute party dress, with shorts or leggings underneath. That way, I could wear it just as a normal dress -- at least, until it gets too hot and stuffy -- but then can go straight into the water whenever I want :D
