CORIANDER PANEER

  • PANEER 250 g
    KASHMIRI CHILLI PDR 1tsp
    SALT
    ONION 1 BIG
    GREEN CHILLI 3 OR 4
    GARLIC 3 TO 4
    CASHEW 8 TO 10
    CORIANDER LEAVES( A SMALL BUNCH)
    BUTTER 1 tbsp
    Mix the paneer cubes with kashmiri chilli,sakt, turmeric.
    Saute in butter and keep it aside
    Into the same pan ,add the onions,green chilli and garlic.
    Saute it till translucent and add cashews .
    Then add coriander leaves chopped.
    Saute for a minute .
    When cool grind into a paste.
    Pour it back into the same pan ,add some water.
    When it starts boiling , reduce the flame and add the fried paneer pieces.
    Just give one boil.
    ( YOU CAN ADD 1 tbsp FRESH CREAM IF YOU WANT AT THIS POINT) .
    CURRY IS READY
