In the end of Hope Arc, she survived because she drank Seiko’s “Antagonist” medicine so she only fell into a coma instead of dying. And then Mikan recovered Kyoko from her coma. Many people say it’s because of Makoto’s Ultimate Luck, but who knows, Seiko and Mikan are the best girls in Danganronpa.
