Hey guys, I'll be making a new version of this video at some point (I'll respond to this comment with it when I do). When I created this I had my old PC with terrible sound drivers that made me not realise that the mic actually sounds terrible in this video. HOWEVER, the video is not completely useless, the main fix/change to what I did is when you're in voicemeeter banana don't put the intellipan square as far away from the centre as I did. Make smaller adjustments. The OBS settings should be sweet though! Bless.
@@mitradite no I was just running on a very average PC at the time I made this. Now that I've been on my new PC for a while I can hear that the changes I made were far too drastic. Long story short: you don't need to do anything with your drivers - just don't make changes as major to the intellipan as I did in the video :D
Your voice after the mod sounds really bassy. You basically lowered all the mid and high frequencies and boosted the lows. I wouldn't call that a drastic improvement. You over did it. You could have just dropped the highs a little because now, it is tiring to listen to your voice as it is just too heavy, and I cant listen to you on my speakers because all I hear is bass, while other streamers or TH-camrs have a clear warm voice thanks to lower highs. I believe you were trying to reach that warmth too but you've drastically over done it.
this helped dramatically if anyone has a problem with it not improving ive found that if you have a really deep voice and loud with bass turn the left square dot all the way to the left drag it to the corner bottom if not 97% there then put it to -8.5 db aswell as dont increase db in obs put it to full max volume on the actual hyperx quadcast itself
Friendly advice is to turn the bass down a little bit. For people with headphones on the bit of higher quality side such as my self the bass is punching my eardrums lol! (NO HATE) Just saying. But other than that great content!
Whenever i go in my sound control panel and go to recording i dont see VoiceMeter Output i only see Voicemeter out a1 - a5 then it says that same thing but with b1 - b3 Please help me.
My gain is all the way down on my ps5 and all the way down on my mic and it still blows everyone's ears out. I'd love to hear if anyone knows how to fix that.
you need to make sure that on the far right only tha a1 is selected so that only you can hear it. There will be two slides on the far right those are the ones under the treble and bass wheels. again make sure only a1 is selected on those
i can't find an easy fix for you i'm sorry bro the only option I think you have is to download a virtual audio cable which i'll link for you and then you set that as your output device in voicemeeter and input device for discord, obs etc. any other questions lmk man! vb-audio.com/Cable/index.htm?gclid=CjwKCAjw-vmkBhBMEiwAlrMeF6FWnY1NgdGca3mOy2_jy-4pnaKOjiRg4n9xr53Yn_BE7OgBNf_FOhoCeQsQAvD_BwE

What do you mean with sound drivers? Do we need to make sure the drivers are up to date?

Great, because your choice of enhancements sound like garbage…. Sounds like you’re at the bottom of the bucket/bad signal phone call…. lol 😅

Yea I agree. The it's too warm and there's too much bass.
i dont have the ks vb audio point
same i can't see it
Great video only recommendation is it would be better if the VB window was bigger so that I don't have to use high res video to see things.
thanks for the feedback bro ❤️
My mic sounds perfect now thanks to you!!! Love it! @@tobyjv
Bro this guy's a baddie 😍😍
when i go to sound settings, the ''voicemeeter Output'' isnt there and i only have A1-5 and B1-5, any fixes?

unfortunately i don’t have much console experience (only owned a couple xbox’s). hopefully someone is able to help you 🙏
Is obs only for recording and streaming or also for just me on games with friends
OBS is just for making content yeah but the voice meter changes are for discord / playing with friends as well 😊
Wow he sent me this video cos my mic sounds like shit.
But now thanks to this video I sound hot
can confirm
the problem i have with voicebanana is that people hear my game while talking in discord
you’ll have to make sure the audio output in the game you’re playing isn’t set to voice meter and is just set to your headphones instead

Can I connect it to an android
Make a tutorial video for that
unfortunately bro I don’t have an android so I wouldn’t be sure on how to help 🥲
Mine has echo and I don’t know why
if you see the letter A in your microphone output just untick it
input*
bro needs to do asmr lol
whenever i go to press on vb audio point it says "Failed to Open Main Output Device (A1)"
alright bro i’m not home right now but as soon as i can i’ll have a look and see if i can find a fix for you
