Dude you helped alot. I never knew that there was a mic level in the settings so it was stuck at 53 the whole time. Every time I record it would be hard to hear me talk normally but when it comes to talking loud you can hear me perfectly. So Now I hear myself perfectly fine without a loud voice to bother my brothers in a game. Big thanks love the video.

THANKS, Love the settings for the HyperX Quadcast you have, Makes the QuadCast sound much more like a studio mic. Though just to keep in mind, all microphones are different, and one HyperX Quadcast may sound a tad different from others but you managed to keep a general tuning that makes it sound Great! Hey, thank you for the video. Would you have or anyone some tips for the mic settings not to collect "breathing in" sound when speaking? I know it's also a problem of the way I'm speaking and taking breath, but I believe the mic is still to sensitive or in wrong position (I have it around 15-25 cm, below mouth, speaking over it). It might not be a problem for streams or work talks, but recorded content sounds bad with those breaths in. :/

Just curious. I use NVIDIA Broadcast sound suppression software. I assume I wouldn't also use the Noise Suppression filter in OBS? Seems it might make the mic too quiet? Thanks!
I had a little problem with this. That the microphone did not pick up my laughter or certain sounds. But fixed this by testing lots of settings! Not all settings work 100% at all. Sometimes you have to fix and trick a little yourself. Hope you fix the problem :D
have this problem with my microphone too. Never quite got it quite right. the only time i got it removed was with the plug-in. But they were hard to set up. :)

The problem is that it all depends on the game. you usually can't get the sound to be "better"! If you have OBS Studio, you can do a lot but not exactly what you want. The microphone in say is much better compared to a normal headset microphone. :)

What you can try to change is the actual sensitivity of your microphone. my approach doesn't work for everyone. sometimes you have to fix things yourself. change in obs when your microphone should transmit / be off :) Hope you understand what I mean. :)
question when I talk the bar on the obs doesnt pass the yellow line and everything is the same as far as how you did it, would would I do to let more audio come in to make it louder??
One thing you can do to find out if you are getting enough sound. Record yourself or check if you get the sound you want. If you don't get enough sound, you can raise it. If it's too much lower the volume. :)
I can recommend using a "boom arm". Without a boom arm, there is a risk that the microphone will pick up more sound from your mouse and keyboard. Tip: Try tweaking the settings a bit so they suit you and your situation better. :D
You unfortunately have to install some sort of plugins in obs studio. To get your base up. If you google a little, I promise you that you will find something that you like. :)
My HyperX Quadcast S works in every other situation/program just fine. But within ten seconds of me being live [[OBS]], the Microphone will stop working. If I unplug and replug the microphone, it'll function for a couple seconds, but the audio will pop and static, before completely failing to input audio. Checking my Windows Sound Settings shows the Microphone just... dies. The RGB lighting still works, the mute function still works, the Mic is still being detected in Windows, just it isn't inputting audio.
@@MaDRocK_Gaming i got a new on Problem is sadly still there only thing i can think of is that the Power Supply Needs more power i have a 400w in my PC RN with a RTX3060 so i shall just upgrade my PowerSupply and see if it helps :>

I also bought the PC ready-made because I wanted A PC LOL so i never looked up what power supply it has! xD I was going to take the GPU out anyway and building a new one [so get everything except the GPU Because I would use the RTX3060] But since I don't know that much about PCs I haven't started yet because I don't know what motherboards would be good and all that but i was Planing to get a "AMD Ryzen 7" and also i didn have the time and didn know how much money i would need ;-;

I messed with the limiter and set it to -10 and got my dream sound. I had to tweak my settings but this is very good 👍🏾

What you can do is test yourself to see what will be best for you. Example record your voice and see how it turns out :)

The settings apply when OBS Studio starts. But they only work in OBS Studio. Sound settings are only for OBS Studio. :)

I remove my background sounds through noise gate. It doesn't open right away only when it's a certain level. :)
