Looks just like a Colorado Avalanche defenseman to me 😊

Walker having the season he's had does not surprise me at all people forget he had 2 seasons with major injuries in a row in LA (facial fracture 20-21, ACL tear 21-22) which took time to regain confidence in his ability to play at a high level, he showed real well at seasons end last year but with LA's depth at RD was expendable and PHI was the perfect spot he's a Tortorella player

He started the season so well and I think it’s because of him that we’re able to have these rushes. I’d sign him for another 2 years and keep this thing rolling. Go Flyers we need that cup

They got a pool of right defence already so they want to trade him while his value is high. Plus he'll more than likely be signing somewhere else like you said for more money than the flyers will pay him.. unless they got rid of that brutal Risto contract that Chuck signed him to

Flyers are still rebuilding and at almost 30, the likelihood he is going to be an impact player at the time their window to compete for a Cup is open is low. Danny Briere already said any moves made will be with the future, not the present in mind.

Walker would fit Toronto need on defense? New Jersey? Tampa? Winnipeg?

In Philly there is growing feeling the Flyers might actually offer Walker contract extension. He was a throw-in with offseason trade with Kings. Flyers have really good D coaches and they found Walker to be competent, solid 2nd pair defenseman. He is 29 but D players can easily play well into their mid 30s. If a team offers a 1st (which would likely be late 1st from playoff team) and this draft is only 20 players deep in terms of 1st round talent then I think it would take a 1st and a prospect to get Flyers to part with Walker.

Why get rid of this for a pick or a player that needs to be taught this.. Danny B crunch those numbers baby. Drop Ellis dude hasn’t played in years send him to whoever for a pick
