- In this weeks Video the Black Legion faces off against the Adeptus Custodes in a game of Kill Team! This is only Lucas' second game of Warhammer 40k so we are keeping it simple and keeping the model count low so this is just a 100 point battle of Covert War.

I like this simple format, great way for new players to learn by observing.
Kill Team is a great way for new players to get into the hobby. Most factions only need one box of miniatures to play!

Some small rules things, The plasma pistol can't shoot at the guy in melee because the champion is not in melee
The guy that -is- in melee cannot fire pistols the turn that he is charged unfortunately.
When the first guy goes down in combat, only one roll for damage should have been made, as even a single wound would've been enough to kill the model.

I'm new to killteam but why didn't you roll for flesh wound or wound roll when custodian player for hurt at 11:27 ?
Welcome to Kill Team! Custodian Guard have 3 wounds and you don't roll for flesh wounds until the model is reduced to 0
@@goodbigbadboy ahh I wasn't sure if that was the rule . Very cool. I have a few 40k armies but never really played killteam. I'm considering with my custodians and death guard since they seem fun in kill team
Durable models like Custodes and Death Guard really shine in this format. It really makes them feel like the super human powerhouses (or disgusting mutants) they appear to be in the lore!
