    The 3rd story is missing the part that the building that was destroyed was a landmark, and Karen was forced to rebuild it with the same technology that was used when originally built.

    it couldn't of been done "by the book" without the owners knowledge.

    1st story: If some HOA ever did that to me if I owned the land, I'd buy everything from them ,charge rent & not give the HOA one cent!😊

    1st story: Office politics suck
    2nd story: What is it about farms that HOAs hate and think that they can just take it as they feel like it?

      Entitlement and arrogance, "he's just a dumb country hick, we can do whatever we want with his property, we have lawyers"

    This is one reason a lot of people don't want to be landlords. A buddy of mine used to (past tense) have an income property. TL/DR he ended up selling the property at a loss, because the squatter (illegal sublet by the former tenant) was allowed to stay indefinitely because the Judge ruled "she has no place to go." (Yes, this sounds fake, but it happened.) She was still there when he sold the house. He never saw a penny from her (she was paying the former tenant) and the former tenant was three months behind on the rent to start with.

      citiots. typical citiots. my mom hated them.. and I can now see why. but when the crash comes, and it will, all these people pens that were built on old farmland can eat their houses.. or try and grow on them.

    This is unbelievable! How can they declare private property as public without permission?

    • @BusArch42
      @BusArch42 หลายเดือนก่อน

      They can’t. This is insane. First off the writer doesn’t actually know what a HOA is. It’s a group of home owners. They do not buy land and build houses. That’s a builder or developer. And the land would have to change title. Just changing zoning doesn’t do a thing about ownership. In the USA (which is the only place I know where we have HOAs) the country records changes to the deed for your land. You would have to change ownership before a petition for zoning change. It takes years. Meanwhile you know about it because you pay taxes on your property every six months. That is how deed fraud gets exposed. It would never get to the point of having utilities done (which would be prior to foundations being laid) without the owner knowing then you get a lawyer and file for the deed to be fixed.

    Story of karen HOA lady that poisoned your trees. You should have sued her. Tree are valuable and it's against the law for her to kill them same with the shed did you get any compensation for either????

    In the made-up property story, at a bare minimum there would have to be signatures and notarized documents of the land owner. To not even mention these necessities means it's a fictional accounting of events. It would have been "ITEM #1" of interest to the Judge!

      yeah, that was really lame to think that they could build on land that they didn't own, just because it had been zoned for it.

    • @Naeron66
      @Naeron66 5 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes. Changing the zoning does not alter who owns the land. Its a fake story.

    44:21 ya that was an illegal arrest and op could have sued and definitely would have won because he hadn't broken in and was innocent.

    re Raj student visa: interesting. In the US, you are not allowed to work on a student visa. Also, wife's visa...that is another that i'm pretty sure is not allowed in the US.
    re family farm/orchard and karen: producing fruit trees over 100yrs old? nope. orchard in HOA with yard boundaries not even fenced? not believable. didn't watch to end as it was too silly.

    the Title story. What I don't get, is even if property is re-zoned, it still doesn't belong to anyone else unless they purchase it. Something that didn't happen in this case.
