    와우 여러번 놀라네요~ 바나나껍질까지 넣는데서 놀라고 프라스틱소쿠리에서 놀라고 꽃게세척을 물에서 행구는데서 놀라고 양념게장을 아가미있는 상태로 버무리는거에서 놀라네요 무한리필도 이렇게는 요즘안하는데…

      굳이 바나나 안 넣어도 되는데 말이죠. 대량으로 하는데는 거의 비슷 할듯요 영상으로 찍어도 이런데 안찍는데는 오죽할까요. 그런거 생각하면 안사먹고 직접 해먹어야죠

    포장용기를 알콜 소독하시오.뚜껑은 특히 주의해야 해요.스프레이로 1초 분무하기만 하면 돼요.

      거름망이랑 양념묻치는 도구도 플라스틱? 게발이거칠어서 플라스틱 까질듯해요 요건 아닌듯 스텐레스 쓰시길요 손맛은 좋으실것 같은데 과정이 좀 아쉬워요 꽃게도 수입 하는지 첨알았네여 ㅎㅎ

    게랑 전복 손실 세척 제대로 안하면 비린데..영상 편집으로 짤린거일수도 있지만 냉동게 해동해서 똥빼고 이물질 제거랑 전복 암초 등 기어다니면서 묻어난 이물질도 박박 닦아줘야하는데..

    와 진짜 내가 어지간하면 위생타령 절대 안하는데 게랑 전복은 솔세척도 안하고, 양념게장은 아가미도 안떼고 그냥 버무리네;;

    I remember eating this. Honestly, it's a contender for my favorite dish of all time. The meat was so tender and juicy, although it tends to get stringy when cooked. The sauce was perfectly salty, sweet, sour and spicy. Then the crab roe was a nice contrast; it was umami and had a distinct egg flavor. Very indulgent.

      Do not. i repeat DO NOT eat this dish. raw crabs are loaded with parasites like the lung fluke.

    무한리필 첫접시는 맛있어요
    두번째 접시부터 냉장고에 넣어뒀는지 겁나 차고 겁나 짭습니다. 그냥 짜운게 아니에요
    저 진짜 짜게 먹고 게장은 원래 짠게 맞는데 상상 이상입니다ㅎㅎ 많이 시키지말라고 짜게 주시는거겠죠 뭐ㅜ 아쉽습니다

      Well when you know your kitchen is going to be filmed and a video will go up on the Internet, you are going to likely give it a really good cleaning the night before and make it as clean as possible. That said, most of the places they have filmed have been pretty clean. I think that good cooks like to keep their places clean as they take some pride in a clean appearance and a clean kitchen makes it less likely that you spread a foodborne illness and damage your restaurant's reputation.

    음식은 첫 번째도 위생 두 번째도 위생입니다.
    특히 간장 게장 같은 장기간 저장 용기로 플라스틱 부적합.

      @Amandy Pants will definitely travel once they lift more restrictions. Too many PCR to do (pre-departure, on arrival and day 5-7) Too cumbersome and costly. I just came back from Switzerland and no test required. No need to wear mask except in public transport. Korea is too restrictive at the moment.

    Its sad that only three crabs can fit inside the packaging. When i eat crabs i can finish atleast 12 crabs in one sitting. I love it

    맛은 있는데 암꽃게장이 껍질이 되게 딱딱했어요. 확실히 국산보다 단맛도 덜하구요. 가격대비 뭐 나쁘진 않았어요.
