I have too many unanswered questions about if business blaze is or isn't about business, just like I do about many nations unnamed in my comment. (even my own. Have you seen this place?)
I can relate to Danny's alarm at a former friend's descent into madness. Forty years after I had lost contact with a high school friend (let's call him "Bob"), we re-connected and I discovered he had decided to support an underground anti-government Florida militia by re-loading spent ammo and collecting weapons. Bob was a government conspiracy theorist BEFORE Trump took office (just in case people thought there were no crazies before Trump). I would not be at all surprised if Bob was present at the U.S. Capitol on January 6 - he was at that level of batshit crazy.
If you talked to him afterwards he would have told you that the people in the capital were Antifa dressed up as 3%’ers and true patriots were not involved… An unfortunately true tale I heard from my ultra conspiracy theorist/compulsive liar acquaintance. 😂😂😂😂😂 The scary thing is they truly believe it…🙀🙀🙀
This is not true, like saying true socialism requires a completely authoritarian government. If you are an unethical business and people find out and there is a good alternative you are screwed, capitalism is regulated by the ethics of the consumer. So issues with capitalism is really an issue with humans, same issue with socialism, difference is companys can go under governments do not, at least not with out a lot of death.
@@arcturionblade1077 , I have accepted that a single word can not embody every different facet on something so complex, thus there is never a real 'true' version which can solely wear that crown. One is going to always need to go into more details then a single word, and failing to do so leads to a very annoying situation ripe throughout todays society. That is when someone takes that single word, stripped of all meaning, and begins to use it as an insult towards others... regardless if it even suitable or not. I agree the way certain types of personalities utilize a capitalistic system is horrifying... but I blame the people for that.
Great bit of Wakefield: I read the paper and did an essay on it, and doing a bit more research will reveal he was only "against" the new MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccine. It's interesting to note he was invested in a biotech company making the measles vaccine at the time
As someone who lives near where 5g has been in service since 2016 (yes, I live at walking distance from one of Ericsson's telecom labs, as well as two of their test sites) that 5g conspiracy seems extra weird, not to mention that people are trying to recruit for that it should have some kind of connection are around here as well (yes, they are unaware of just how close they are to a whole bunch of telecom labs)
My son is a cell tower technician, working hard on the 5G rollout - and in some places the protests are making his life kind of hell. Also, he has been working VERY close to (like, actually ON mostly) 5G towers for a couple of years, and he's in quite excellent health. I just hope Simon adds the part where the hedge fund companies wring their hands and cry foul because someone used their own tactics against them and now the rich are demanding regulation to prevent the unwashed masses from beating them at their own game.
MY conspiracy theory about 5G is that the incredible vast majority of "5G" users will have a range, speed, and latency REMARKABLY similar to people with 4G, and that what you're actually buying is just hype. Because what most cell phone service providers and phone manufacturers are peddling as 5G is in reality just minor algorithmic improvements to the existing 4G technology with a lot of added hype and branding and NOT in any way the millimeter-wave 5G technology that it was supposed to be. Because if businesses had to wait for the actual new 5G standard's hardware to roll out then they wouldn't be able to bilk customers today.
As an electronic engineer, I spent a bit unwrapping the top part of the schematic out of curiosity. I then read "footswitch" and "treble", and more or less lost hope for a fair fraction of humanity.

One of my colleagues was convinced about the 5G chip in vaccines and cited the circuit diagram, of which I have a paper copy as I used to fix the guitar pedals. I didn’t mention this at the time, but used it as the basis for my emerging technologies delivery and recommended she sit in on the class. Each and every conspiracy point was debunked one by one along with a quick lesson on how antennas worked, before unveiling the actual paper circuit diagram, proudly displaying printed in 1982 (c) Boss music and Roland corporation in the bottom corner. She never raised stupid conspiracy theories with me again, but would ask about technologies and if they were feasible, to which the answer was usually no. I think I still have the initial draft of that presentation online somewhere, but the key point that made everyone laugh during the presentation was mentioning that you’d certainly notice if someone was trying to inject a guitar pedal into your arm along with associated antenna. Fun times😊

Gen1 was a rich person toy for most of its life so regular folks didn't give a shit Gen2 brought out all the NIMBYs - some didn't like the look of towers & others were scared of them Gen3 a whole lot of the NIMBYs realised cellphones are actually useful & got pissed off they didn't have decent service (but never realised it was their own fault) Gen4 was the birth of the current crop of craziness, but they were mostly shot down before they gained any traction Gen5 saw the crazies taking advantage of near universal 4G coverage & smartphone ownership to amplify their message about 5G bad, but 4G is fine now... I never said 4G was harmful
Nah, the same fearmongering came about during the 4G/ LTE rollout as well. In fact the groups peddling this BS have been doing this with each new rollout and are rehashing the same nonsense for 5G and mmWave technology and don't actually know a damn thing about it. They even mistake 5th Gen WiFi as 5G cellular and have gotten people to avoid the new WiFi tech and stick with N routers.
"I didn't do the thing I was supposed to do because in an alternate timeline, it went horribly wrong, so I have saved us all by not doing it." That's gonna be my new favourite excuse for being lazy... I mean... responsible.

I love it when people confuse 5G mobile service with 5GHz Wifi... totally different things but they swap them interchangably in their wild conspiracies!
This is also why they think 5G heats water - because old WiFi at 2.4GHz is quite close to the frequency range used by actual microwaves, and they see that 5G WiFi routers came out around the same time as 5G cell towers and just assume they're all the same

My video started pinwheeling after Simon said "conspiracy" and I was like "haha, funny one Simon." Five minutes later I realized I was in a dead zone. . .

Simon, I don't really know what channel it would go best on. I mostly watch this channel and the podcasts but you should look into the Appalachian areas of West Virginia. The coal there was used in the civil war and the steel age of America but burns too hot for coal plants. The area is now extremely poor now and underdeveloped due to the industry drying up. Lots of cool stuff to unpack about company abuse and exploitation of resources. I love your stuff, I've never listened to podcasts until I found the Simon Whistler Show. Love you and Sam as Co-host.
My Dad is a big conspiracy theorist, COVID denier, Doomsday Prepper (who has been telling me my whole life about something bad going to happen, and now something bad IS happening and he says it's just a bad flu--that has killed two million people worldwide, a quarter of whom were in the US). I assumed he was driving my Stepmom crazy, she's a retired surgeon and an extremely practical small business owner, very smart. No, she's bought in all the way, so it could be something in the well water (obviously they live nearly two hours' drive from everywhere else, are completely off grid and and only go to town once every 4-6 weeks). I've been trying not to talk to them when I can avoid it. They called last weekend because it was my birthday. I was sick and going for a COVID test that I HAD to have for my job and clinic, and they suggested that instead I NOT get the test and instead quit my job and leave the successful treatment I've been in for nearly a decade. Why? Because I'll be in The System. What system I don't know, I have everything from a criminal record to grocery store discount cards, and who might want a Qtip that's been up my nose for some nefarious reason I just cannot imagine.
As soon as you said, "My channel might even get banned," my connection hiccupped and I hit a loading wheel for about 5 seconds, and then you beeped back in with the next take. Might be the hardest I've ever laughed at Blaze

My parents had a tenant who didnt pay rent for a little over 2 years, when they finally got to court the guy came up with the money all of a sudden so they couldn't evict him. Same process happened until i was 18 and they were able to evict him on the basis that i needed a place to live and would be moving in. Welcome to Canada.
Curious, Notice to Pay Rent or Quit are resolved before court! If the individual did not pay entirely by the date on the notice, or the owner accepted a partial payment which is an agreement to wave the notice, then... that is that. There is no 'pay after that date' option, the two choices where to either surrender possession of the property or pay in full. Not unless there is something major that triggers some obscure law that hasn't been addressed within your post.. was the individual recognized as mentally disabled or some other protected class? Not a lawyer, just an enthusiast whom has had to serve several 'pay or quit' notices....
@@lostbutfreesoul you can give an N4 after i think 2 late payments wich is 14 days to pay or eviction but this guy would sue claiming things like mould all over the basement. Then taking ~2 years to move through the court system. Once his claims were found to be baseless he would be ordered to pay or leave, always coming up with the money.
1) Can't say it didn't work in the end, as rights of your offspring won over rights of the tenant. Considering the right to a roof over head is an internationally accepted human right, one of essentials, for that matter, it's a pretty favourable outcome in your case. 2) You got your money, albeit 2 years late. Can't assume no more from the scarse details you gave, albeit it being a pain in the ass for an exceptionally long time; 3) There's the thing: if for some reason someone becomes homeless, regardless of what's to blame, in most cases that person is well fugged, entering the life-threatening situation of being on the street and utter alienating and shunning from society and most agencies. Depending on country, there are no many ways left, but down, as there are a chance you have no-where to turn, being sent in circles from social safety offices, with an ignorant stigma along the way. There are so much more high risks, like PTSD and other perks eventually, i won't elaborate here. Being on the street, regardless of need to sleep rough or in homeless shelters, turns to literal torture pretty soon in many ways. Therefore, your legal pain and financial inconvenience might have saved somebody's life, either you value that or not. 3) There is an ever growing condition in our system, called 'tax on poverty'. Rent for single people often falls in that category. No sane person chooses to be homeless initially. No insane person should be left to it. I'm not defending irresponsible or problematic members of society, neither blaming landlords or economic rights. Just presenting the other side of the coin, which have strong and proven negative effects on economy and health of society, no matter where you come from.
I remember the first time I found out how they ran the study on aspartame on rats and found out that it would be the equivilent of feeding a human several heaping SHOVELS(yes the kind you use to dig large holes in the ground) a day even if they had to force feed them to do it. The stress and torture it would have caused to their digestive tract could have explained it too. Also to point out that if they did the same experiment with half as much cane sugar they would have killed the rats. I was just about to add something else interesting about it but as I finished the sentence off I remembered it was a hoax an animal rights group spread around online and got caught doing.

If you talked to him afterwards he would have told you that the people in the capital were Antifa dressed up as 3%’ers and true patriots were not involved…
An unfortunately true tale I heard from my ultra conspiracy theorist/compulsive liar acquaintance.

I have accepted that a single word can not embody every different facet on something so complex, thus there is never a real 'true' version which can solely wear that crown.

1) Can't say it didn't work in the end, as rights of your offspring won over rights of the tenant. Considering the right to a roof over head is an internationally accepted human right, one of essentials, for that matter, it's a pretty favourable outcome in your case.
2) You got your money, albeit 2 years late. Can't assume no more from the scarse details you gave, albeit it being a pain in the ass for an exceptionally long time;
3) There's the thing: if for some reason someone becomes homeless, regardless of what's to blame, in most cases that person is well fugged, entering the life-threatening situation of being on the street and utter alienating and shunning from society and most agencies.

The stress and torture it would have caused to their digestive tract could have explained it too.
