Aur aap technical chizu ku tu batatey hu par pura chiz clear nahi kartey. Misal ke taur par aap practically documents nahi show kartey hu ki jis jis tarah ka documents construction site par use hota h. Kis kis document ki entry kaisey hoti hai. Kaun kaun se report ek document controller ku banani padti h etc. Aap technical chiz tu batatey hu jaise FIR transmittal, Inspection report etc lekin kabhi aapney iss tarah ka documents na hi show kiya aur nahi uski entry karkey bataya agar documents show bhi kiya tu wo visible hi nahi h. Kiya jis tarah se aap train kar rahey ek document controller banney ke liye wo kafi h ek document controller banney ke liye.
It's not impossible to show documents but I think a document controller should not show the documents on Social media.He should keep privacy.This is privacy of the company and if company know that any of our employee using the company documents for his own purpose or public then company can take action against employee and as i am also working as a document controller for 8 Years,in our company we don't allow to make any documents picture in our cell phone or make video of any site of the project. Suppose Mr.Zulfuqar show the documents it will be usefull for those who did not work As a DC? As you know every company has is own numbering and documentation procedure, if any company use the RFI as a request for inspection it is not necessary other company is also using rfi as a inspection may be he using IR for inspection and RFI for Request for information. So i think we should encourage the people who are sharing their knowledge.
Then we will not able to learn the work of a DC if the privacy of the document is the main concern. You can't show the document but you can atleast show a documents which are very much similar to the documents used at construction site. It will give a fair idea to the learner who wants to work as DC in future. Unless we don't see documents we will not be able to learn the work of DC and your effort to help others become a DC will go down the drain.
