Nice job sir....! looks a little complicated to set up virtual manager on a synology think the Qnap is a bit simpler nice job on explaining how to do it ...! liked how you put the commands on screen to easily see...! great way on doing network installs and thanks for all the tips you have given me to be able to complete this on my network you really are good at what you do. love seeing these types of tutorials and always keen to learn. as you said check nas compatibility for virtualization to see if its capabile of supporting what you need to run. my NAS runs Ubuntu pretty well but utilizes about 44% of ram with other applications running but just purchased mini PC to install to so got my iso's ready to fire up when needed. also great title on the video and would purchase this software if its not too pricey but think I'll be ok with free version for my needs...! great job enjoyed watching even the ads where interesting tony might need some new work boots Haha cheers. 🤪
@Britec09 ....... FINALLY today the way you are speaking and explain your guidance is more relaxed and much more CLEAŔ ........so people who are not mother tongue are able to understand and follow you. Thanks
Pretty cool video, deserves to give it shot later 🤔 For an unknown reason, when i try to install Window7 over the network with Iventoy i get a blue screen error talking about new hardware or driver! However, when i install the same iso image (Custom or Original) by thumbdrive or Dvd it installs with no errors at all!! Any ideas Brian? Thanks and have a lovely day
Excellent video, thanks. I am installing iVentoy on my NAS as I type, I hadn't heard of it before this video. If it works like I hope, it will DRASTICALLY improve my days.... I have found one drawback to this, it needs the host VM to be running all the time to work, it would be nice if I could install iventoy natively on my XigmaNAS machine, but I don't know enough aboout UFS filesystems and FreeBSD to do it, or if it's even possible to do it.
I have a set of important questions : can someone with physical accesa to a pc insert bios/uefi malware in a pc that has no operating system on it? And if so, can reflushing BIOS get read of the said malware ?
I usually use ventoy and just saw your video about iventoy and had to look how it differs from ventoy
works great
@@Britec09Is there any option to choose GPT or MRB?

Your screen's looked washed-out. Very hard to see. I've noticed that for a while. It's not my brightness, no matter what I set it to.
up the resolution on the video to 1080p
@@Britec09 - Yes, I always check to make sure it's set to 1080p
