Rigging your Alice Pack ruck for airborne ops

I want to start off by saying I'm sorry for not knowing the proper terminology and also for the camera being turned upside down, I was filming it myself and didn't realize it. I hope that doesn't effect your learning. I am working on memorizing the correct nomenclature for everything but again I apologize and hope this helps a little. Where are your quick releases for the two friction adapters on the underside of the ruck, before you S-fold the excess?

Also you should add how to attach the hook pile tape lowering line to the alice frame

you need to have the video from above because you cannot see which direction to pull the straps through from the ground view
