Hi, is it okay to use cotton while applying a gentle toner to our underarm? Or is it better if it's a spray mist lang?
Cotton usually absorbs most of the product. Would rather apply via spray/mist; kung hindi kahit kamay na lang. Less gastos & kalat din. :)
