I being looking for a mail host and found your video. Thank you for your tutorial, is really easy to follow. I watch the original video as well. Thanks again!
Thank you!! This has been easy to follow. I’m stuck at the host records. It says “you can manage host records in your cPanel account, or transfer DNS back to Namecheap BasicDNS to manage the records here. Change DNS Type. Please help
What if I purchased my domain from a different platform as the hosting package. Will I use the DNS setting from the company I purchased the domains from or the hosting company? I tried adding in both and the first 4 are displaying errors stating could verify this MX record
You use the DNS settings from your hosting company. This includes the MX records as well, set those in your hosting company. From the company you purchased your domain name, make sure your nameservers are pointed to the hosting company to make sure everything is good!
It says "IMAP/POP/Active Sync are not included in the free plan". Does that mean you can't sync your gmail account with this professional email? Meaning you'll be forced to use their app and email interface?
Hey man, 8:53 mine does not give me the option to create an email adress. It just says proceed. After clicking proceed it shows me a table of MX, SPF and DKIM and exclamations saying verify all records. If i click do later it shows me my domain and says “yet to point MX records”. Any ideas?
Interesting. It's basically skipping the "create a user" process. You can still add MX SPF and DKIM records as long as you have access to that (from your domain name's dashboard). Let me know if that works!
Hello sir, so I bought my domain and webhosting from Namecheap and I'm following your steps but at the Advanced DNS tab on the Host Records this what I have "You can transfer DNS back to Namecheap BasicDNS to take advantage of our free Domain Redirect and Host Management services and other features. Change DNS Type" with no option for me to add a new TXT record. Please what do I do?
Since you purchased webhosting with Namecheap, your situation is a little different. The webhosting is basically trying to take over the DNS settings. I would email (or chat) Namecheap's customer service to figure out how you can add TXT and MX records.
Here's how to check, send, and receive emails with Zoho (the next video): th-cam.com/video/KovNd9cGfUY/w-d-xo.html

Yes, as far as I know (under the free plan). You can migrate your email inbox information to Zoho under the free plan, but not sync.
Dang, looks like Australia no longer has the free option
