I really love the fact that you’re pulling out interesting feats of strength from other people and challenging yourself.

Yeah Mitch said it was maybe a standard gym bar but Eddie had his own bars at his gym strength asylum, he talked about one of his bars getting locked up that big wide one after a few people hurt themselves with it.

    • @Realchad250

He used the same one that he used for 500kg, which is his personal deadlift bar that he locks up in the gym that he goes to.

yeah, the bar is a must. with the flex normal bars have I dont think you'll be able to get it without plates sliding and falling off. Not sure how Eddie managed that. Could be his bar also had slightly longer sleeves.

good effort Mitchell, very entertaining. But remember next time. It was done without wearing a belt for support. And don't underestimate doing the 420 and the 380 on the way back down.

How about the grip test of pinching two old school deep dish plates, flat side out, and pick it up? If you can pick it up see how many reps. THis is one that I saw Brian Shaw do on History's strongest Man TV show.

@@justincarreras7753 Hmm, true. Though somehow he is still not as huge as some of the other elite strongmen (Eddie Hall, Hafthor, Brian Shaw) and also looks more agile and "normal sized". Certainly, does not look as intimidating as them.

Definitely come back later when ready and you could absolutely do this. You needed what, 1 more plate? You got this!

1 more plate and the ladder down can't be forgotten too :D
