I had a bunch of issuse with the locks and window regulators on the new doors. I think it needs re-coding to the car, but I just took the locks and window regulators from the old door and put them in the new one.
Very helpful video thank you! I'm gonna do it this week also for my polo 6r. I have a question, I'm gonna buy a used door whit all the interior parts still attached. Do I need to do something afterwards, or does all the functions like windows button and central lock work.
I had an issue with the windows after fitting the new door. I recommend taking the wimdow regulator from the old door and fotting to the new one. That is what I did and it sorted the problem. But took me a lot of time to figure it out.
Good work, love from Pakistan
Well done sir.👍😄🚗
Looks great, quick correction. This is actually a mk5 Polo and not mk6... check that.
you are correct, it is an MK5

How many swear words to complete this mission ?.
@@gotobedandtickler I lost count. It was a massive pain to do it on my own. Much easier with a second pair of hands.
@@hosuandreiremus I've done it Many times, I used jacks and blocks of wood as assistants.
