@@iamjosegreyes Thank you. We are exploring the option. Liked the size of home, back yard, and 3 car garage. Would only change flooring color to a more modern one or maybe real wood. Would also like to see blue cabinets and more lighter granite in kitchen and baths like white instead of gray. Would add some wall baseboard in living room to give more of a farm look. 👌👍

Can I buy a lot and bring in a custom builder????
I believe you can. I would recommend comparing costs of a private builder vs buying a home available in Ocala. However many people own lots in Marion Oaks or around Marion Oaks and build their own homes.

@@edwinromero5896 Florida sits on limestone. There is always possibility of sink holes even in the most requested cities and communities. I’d have to research that to be certain. I’m not currently aware of any recent sink hole issues.

Get ready to pay one of the highest property taxes in the State of Florida Ocala surpasses Cape Coral and property taxes by Miles you can look it up yourself. We live in Marion Oaks Ocala our second year here property taxes jumped 120 percent and 1 year. Three years in a row our property tax went up and I'll bet you come October it will go up again because they want us to pay for repairs to that lousy waterfall they have up on 484 in Marion Oaks
