This one is even nicer than the white one with the 3 car garage @ 419K. For me, a single guy with a dog, this is the perfect size and price! The back is more conducive to a pool and cage too! Whoever the builder is, they do a beautiful job! Thanks again for an awesome tour ❤!

I NOTICED MOST HOUSES THERE HAVE ELECTRIC STOVE, NO GAS STOVE.
Correct. I have yet to see a home with a gas stove/connection within this area.
